Dalton Ross mentioned this in his article and I was thinking the same thing- every season at the merge, one person is always like "hey, a (insert country
in which survivor is this season) word for (power/intensity/togetherness synonym) is (random word)" I thought the survivors aren't told where they are
going so when would they have access to a language translator?
But even if they are aware of where they are going, so before survivor, the contestants are really thinking: "IF I make it to the merge we'll need a cool name so I better look up some words in my handy (random language) dictionary!" AND even though there's a ton of other shit going on in the game, I'll make sure I remember the word for all these days so I can throw it out there IF I make it to a merge"
I highly doubt it. The producers definitely plant this shit
