Lost Premiere Set for Feb 2nd, Final Season Will Air on Tuesdays |

'Lost' Premieres Feb 2 With All-Night EventABC announced today the premiere of the 6th and final season of Lost, with a special all-night event on February 2nd. A recap special will kick off the night from 8:00-9:00 PM ET, followed by the two-hour premiere from 9:00-11:00 PM. The series will then air in its regular time period - Tuesday nights from 9:00-10:00 PM ET beginning the following week, on February 9. |

Tuesday. That'll be different. But who cares, I'll be there! I'm glad it's not airing opposite Glee. I'd sure miss Glee.

It's opposite American Idol for several weeks where Idol goes two hours long.

Was hoping for Wednesdays at 10, but will take this for sure. Still not sure if I will watch it over Idol, but this excites me because I think it can really
thrive in this slot.

I do watch American Idol and I don't care. Lost always comes first.

Fuck Idol.
And Lost used to be a Thursday night show. However, I'm glad they're not moving Modern Family from Wed nights. I need my laughs on hump day. |

I'll be interested to see what they put on Wednesdays at 10.
Seems like it would have made a lot of sense to put Lost there. My only guess is they thought it would be too polar opposite to the comedy block?? I don't know. |

Tuesdays is fine with me. Idol is alright & I watch it when nothing I like is opposite it but LOST is A L W A Y S first on my priority list. The world
comes to a complete halt for LOST. The phone gets turned off. The dogs don't go potty. I don't go potty.
I'm disappointed we don't get it in January. Groundhog Day will work though. |

I'm so over American Idol especially the tryouts. Now if a new season of "The Biggest Loser" is on NBC I might have a problem.

Darlton doesn't want the show on at 10 on any night. They prefer it be at 9 as its regular slot.

There is no decision to be made between Lost and American Idol. If American Idol had never aired, I would probably be a happier person.

Yeah it's a no brainer. Of coruse I watch everything with at least a 15-20min delay so I can skip over ads.

I don't even usually watch those recaps before the season premieres but this year I am - I'm just too excited and it'll be the last one! We're
already planning a a little premiere party.
One reason I'm just all excited all the sudden is that my friend JUST NOW caught up on all the episodes and watched the S5 finale. I finally got her to watch Lost like a year ago and it's taken her this long to catch up. And that includes her bf giving up watching with her during S2, having to order 1-4 on netflix, and me having to DVR the last season, be careful to keep it all on the DVR and let her come over to watch the last season over the last few months. I didn't watch with her (I usually hate re-watching stuff and she'd often come over when I was out) but I gave in and watched the S5 finale again. I cried all over again when Jack dropped the bomb and when Juliet died! And in put me all back into Lost mode again way too soon! We sat there for like an hour after the finale ended throwing around our ideas for what'll happen in the last season. |
