Have you also done a 180 on Russell? |

I hated him probably more than anybody, but he definitely deserves to win. He is the main reason that Foa Foa went from 4-8 to 4-1. Unless the producers
really did help him out, he's earned making F3 way more than anybody else.

No. He remains to be boring. Repeating the same shit over and over again does not make you entertaining, and tonight proved that Jaison has been calling the
shots.

Nope. I've never cared one way or the other about him.

When he was complaining about Shambo tonight that might have been the first time he talked about something not game-related. o_O
Russell is definitely not the reason that Foa Foa overcame that deficit. He just hypes himself up to be. |

It's not Russell who made Galu pagonged. It's because of Galu's own problem, and also the help of producers by making a HII and placing them in a
camp secretly telling Russell where it is. RUSSELL IS SO AMAZINGLY OVERRATED.

Well, I admit I hated Russell in the beginning....but now he has made this season. Seriously, what would there be to watch if not for Russell this season? Love
him or hate him, he's all anyone is talking about this season.

The reason Foa Foa overcame that deficit was 1) They treated Shambo well enough to make her flip just as soon as the merge happened, that was mostly Russell,
but pretty much all of the Foa Foas and 2) Russell, after FINDING the HII, PLAYED it at the right time to blindside the Galunatics. I have no idea how you can
possible state that Russell isn't the reason for Foa Foa overcoming the deficit.

He's all this season has.
I'm sure Russell would love you to do a 180 on him. I'm not even sure what it means, but it sounds kinky. |

No.
He just said in a S19 finale promo that aired during CSI, "I should be here with superstars, coz that's what I am!". Cocky bitch. No you're not. |

I did a 180, but it was early on.
When I saw the promos for the show, with Russell pretending to be in Katrina? It made me sick, and furious, as I have friends down there who actually suffered through that horror, and for the most part, are STILL dealing with the horrendous aftermath. I said screw it, and decided not to watch this season. I wasn't going to watch some red-neck asshole try to exploit the very real misery of so many people. A friend talked me into watching, and I went back and watched the first episodes a few weeks later, and have been watching ever since. I love watching the guy who always keeps his eye on the game, and who, IMO, single-handedly lead the bad news bears to victory, even when outnumbered 2-1. I don't think he will win, but I have enjoyed the hell out of watching a true gamer stay focused, not whine, never give up, and play for himself, not some crappy and sappy version of "tea.m" or "friends" unless it benefited him. As it should be. |

Not really, JB.
The whole "purple!" thing, and I do think several people have become "close" to one another during this game, as usual. Shambo was right in one thing, when she said "there is no purple anymore". For Russell? There never really was a Foa or Galu, just people to beat. I think others had that thought occasionally or perhaps even often, but for Russell? It never seemed to leave his mind for a minute. Cold blooded focus and realistic thinking impressed me there, he will probably never or rarely see these people again. He gets that, other Survivors? Not that much. Remember the young guy who gave up on the challenge for the older dude that caught the shark? So often these idiots, possibly from emotional and physical stress, seem to think they have an important bond with cast-mates. Sometimes they actually do, Rob and Amber for example. Usually though? Nah. |

LOLABINGO wrote:If Russell was only interested in people to beat, he wouldn't have gotten rid of Shambo before Mick, Jaison, or Natalie. If he makes it to the finals he's going with people he is going to struggle to beat. His best chance was against John and Shambo. The "purple" didn't stop Galu from turning against each other at the merge. Most of them disliked or distrusted each other. I would say the only ones who were actually close were Laura/Monica/Kelly. The rest were all over the place and if they had stuck together, it would have only been for strategic reasons, not because of friendship. Besides, Russell has repeatedly implied this is all about TV, or about "proving" something, ha ha he's a billionaire and they don't know it and they're all supposed to be smart but he's the genius. I think his image is his main goal, not winning. |
