I understand that food is one of the three keys to building muscle 1) working out, 2) food, 3) sleep.
The problem is I don't understand when I should be eating the food. When should I be eating the carbs? When should I be eating the protein? When should I
be drinking the protein shakes?
Also, is it really hard to obtain shaped-ab muscles while having bulging biceps? I mean, you almost have to starve yourself to see the abs, unless you jog a
long way every day... seems like any avoidance of food would decrease your bicep size... PS - What healthy and low-fat foods are high in carbs? help!
