I could swear I read confirmation somewhere that Waltros was coming back.
WTF is she doing anyway? Hanging around her apartment acting out Gossip Girl spin-off scenes that never are to be? |

Our good friend Ryan has posted a new blog with two new filming updates about the filming that took place this week.

On the Island, Locke is a true man-about-town... er jungle. Not only is he seen reuniting with a number the original Losties, including the badass,
rifle-toting Claire, but he even finds the time to get stabbed by a genuine Iraqi.

Oh, don't worry...Juliet will definitely be hanging around the island somehow.
I'm more concerned about Maggie Grace. She really needs to come back...she rocked the show, and even if she's off doing supposedly better things, it'd be sad for her to forget her roots! Maybe they mean Michelle Rodriguez? Though, I wouldn't exactly expect them to ask her...and yeah, Libby definitely must come back again. |

I'm surprised that there was any question of Juliet being dead or not.

I thought it could have been an implosion that happened like with Desmond. So I was hoping she was still alive.
Or a time shift happened at the moment of the boom. |

That's what I was hoping after seeing the S5 finale. But when I saw spoiler photos for S6 of Jack & Co around the site of the explosion and still in the 70s, I knew there was no way she could have survived. |

Idiot writers, killing off one of the best characters on the show, probably to protect their precious love triangle.

Poor Sawyer. He just wanted to go back to 1977 America, bet on future Super Bowls, invest in Microsoft, and live happily ever after with Jules. Damn Jack and
his always wanting to "fix" things.

Yeah, what Sawyer really needs to do next season is get hammered and kill Jack & Kate. And then run off with Jin & Hurley, who he has awesome scenes
with.
Also with regards to Juliet, I was talking to a buddy of mine who's also a huge lost fan about how I hoped she was alive, and he just sorta raised his eyebrows and said, "She took a nuke to the dome, bro! Nuke to the dome!" |

Just as poison shook Shakespeare's Juliet off this mortal coil, so too does a nuclear explosion send Dr. Juliet Burke of
'Lost' into the great blue yonder, confirms Entertainment Weekly
(via
Vulture blog).
The final episode of season 5 featured Juliet declaring her love for Sawyer and making a bomb go "boom," which had fans wondering if the heroic fertility doctor survived the explosion. But apparently not even the writers of 'Lost,' who are certainly capable of making people come back to life when they feel like it, could shield Juliet from such a big bang. So, don't look for the doc in the sixth (and final) season, because she's definitely gone, baby, gone .. though in the great tradition of 'Lost' beyond-the-grave appearances, she may still pop up in an episode or two. Supposedly, actress Elizabeth Mitchell -- who'll still have a job in the new series 'V' -- cried and drank for a couple of days after being told that Juliet was being killed off. Of course she did. The show shoots in Hawaii -- who would want to lose a gig like that? |
