back to the bit from Kristin about the outcast on lost, here's what she said about it in her Vine video:

"One of the cast members had had a HUGE falling out with pretty much all of his or her co-stars and is no longer part of the island posse in real life. Pay attention and you can pretty much figure out who it is."

Then (to repeat) , later, in her spoiler chat, referring to this item, she told one questioner that it was NOT Terri O'Quinn or Naveen Andrews.
When asked if this falling out would affect their character or story at all, she replied :
"Ding, ding, ding! It already has! There was a pivotal line during a scene on the beach near the end of one of the last few episodes. It was very telling about what's happening behind the scenes."

OK..from these clues.. what could be the pivotal line during a beach scene? (at end of later episode)

Looking at the beach scenes near the ends of "the last few episodes":

Ep. 19 - The Brig : (Jack ?)
While the very last (short) scene was Sawyer coming out of the Black Rock having just dome the dirty deed, the scene just before that was a beach scene. It was the beach scene where Kate and the viewers find out that Jack & Juliet are sharing a secret that, despite Juliets' suggestion that they confide in Kate, Jack nixes the idea.
This exchange was a direst result of Kate having just spilled her gut about the canp's Naiomi's secret...
Pivotal line? -Kate to Jack- " I already told you, because they don't trust you."

Ep. 20 - The Man Behind the Curtain : No Beach scene near end.The last scene is of Jihn having been shot by Ben. That scene is preceded by a Ben FB, which is preceded by the Jacob cabin scene. which is preceded by another Ben FB.
It's before all of that that we have our last beach scene in that episode and I don't know that it could be characterized as being near the end of the episode.
At any rate, just in case, the final beach scene of that episode is the one where Sayid and Sawyer are playing the Juliet/Ben tape for the other Losties when Jack and Juliet walk up and hear it. Jack's final line is "I think we've got some catching up to do.". I dopn't think this is the eppy Kristin is hinting at since it's NOT near the end of the ep.

Ep 21 - Greatest Hits - Des? < nah
OK. The ep ends with Charlie's head coming up out of the water in the LG hatch and exclaiming "I'm alive", after his brave and fateful plunge. The scene before that is Charlie and Desmond in the boat. That can't be considered a beach scene, can it? If so, right after Charlie knocks Des out he says "You and I both know. You're not supposed to take my place, brother." <interesting> Before that, there's a Charlie FB. Before that, just before we see Charlie and Desmond grabbing the cable and pushing the boat out, we have a quick beach scene where Hurley is ofering to help Claire with Aaron, as the Losties prepare to leave on their hike to the tower. Before that we're no lonfer 'near the end' of the eppy.

Ep 22-23 : Through the Looking Glass :
Final scene, of course, is the flash forwar where Jack is yelling at Kate that they have to go back. Obviously not a beach scene. The scen before that is the Tower scene, with Jack making radio contact with dead-Naomi's ship. Again, there is no beach scene near the end. The final brach scene was where Sawyer, Hurley et al wipe out the attacking others.
Nothing pivotal said there anywhere.
