Yes, I saw it! It was very exciting the way the wagering played out!!!
The champ bet to beat Player #2 by $1 and ended up losing to player #3 by $1. It was coincidental I suppose, but really dramatic! |

I can not be the only one that was rooting hardcore for Caitlyn seeing as she was totally hot and not 'hot for Jeopardy' but hot in general. She
reminds me of Gillian Anderson circa The X-Files tv show and I can't not support that.
The guy gained steam at the end and I got nervous but as soon as I saw his FJ answer, I literally jumped up and applauded. I hope Caitlyn wins quite a few..the show just got a lot more interesting with eye candy like that behind a podium.... but that's just my opinion. |

It would have sucked if the guy had won after spending half of the first round in the hole and then coming out of nowhere towards the end. Anyone who wins Jeopardy! deserves it but come on, there just aren't a whole lot of hot female champs. |

Hope Caitlyn stays around for a while. She seems like a sweetheart and I really didn't want the religion teacher guy to win. Seemed like a fairly easy final - I was surprised he missed it. Phillipines came to my mind right away, although I can kind of see how he might have thought of Pakistan. They would have filmed this one sometime in April, so the Bhutto assassination in December probably led him in that direction. Either way, he wasn't much in the personality department. Caitlyn seems way more fun. |

one day champs continue. New champ doesn't bother me but then again, I don't actively like her either. |

I totally love the Hollies version, have listened to it over a hundred times, but blanked on it as the FJ response. I think you had to know your Boys Town
stuff to get it. And I never even knew that Neil Diamond covered it, it's really not a generally known factoid.

I can't believe I didn't think of that answer, we used to listen to a Hollies tape ALL THE TIME on car trips when I was little.

Castellaneta answer (I had to google the spelling)- doubt many people would have gotten that pronounciation correct.

The Champ didn't bother me so I don't mind that he won but I was rooting for that super smart guy with that crazy afro.
You really don't know if he would have won had he not been penalized for the Simpsons Q b/c his FJ wajor would have been different. |
