I know I'm late to the party, but I finally managed to watch it. Congrats #7 on winning, you were awesome. I was rooting for #3 vs #7 final with Katie winning, but I'm not complaining. You're an inspiration (no sarcasm). Wow, I can't believe how much quality footage they just don't even use! This Hell night stuff sounds hilariously evil, and I find the idea that it's not even done for the show, just random added torture, quite bizarre. And Val sounds even more riotous than usual! Is it too early to start the 4.0! 4.0! chant? I hope you guys will stick around now that you're official Sucksters!

Up until this last episode I thought the season was awesome. The cast was amazing, the tasks were great, and it provided a ton of entertainment. The final treatment was such a letdown, especially after that neat maze test, and watching it for what seemed like 20 minutes was, to borrow a line from Val, my treatment! At first I thought, hmm, alright, at least there's a cognitive aspect to this, but once that was over and it was purely physical I knew 7 would win. Hey 7, you definetely deserve the win, that's for sure, but I would have been much more satisified with 4 winning. RobRob had a backstory, a reason why he was there. It was his driving force. I just didn't see that kind of continuing story from you. Yeah, that might be the editor's fault. But like I said, congrats, you deserve it! Regarding the final treatment, was it actually electrically charged? If so how many volts did they send through your body? I imagine that there would have been some controversy with this had a Solitarian had a heart condition or pacemaker - unless those are exclusion criteria in the application process. I'm glad that so many of the cast are on this forum because it really made watching this season so enjoyable. You guys rule! (I still need to watch the first two seasons somehow to catch up to everyone and to get to know the other Solitarians that are among us).

I haven't heard anything official, but it was over a year between 2 and 3. It's like when you're raising your hand in class, and some teacher never calls you, your arms get really sore. I think that the epitome of a final treatment is a mix of more than one treatment, like say, that, the footbed of nails, the fleshpins, sonic assault, and the gag order all at once. That can be a possible idea for Solitary 4.0 :P, maybe more like Solitary all-stars. -No offense RobRob, but Andrew PWNED you at the rap off IMO.

I used to hate roughing it in the wilderness and not showering, but after being in Solitary, it was nothing. I had so much fun. Then I went up to Duluth and spent a couple weeks with my parents. Then I drove across country with my father and we stayed with relatives and went to plays and symphonies...' RobRob, what a great result of Solitary 3.0, to relax and enjoy being with your family and friends !! AMAZING 129 hours per week !! what kind of work were you doing for the 129 hours ? when i was forty, i ran a 26 mile marathon in 20 below chill factor winds, with only running silks on, the heat from running actually made it too hot :) and it took me over five hours ! it was five laps around North Park Lake near Pittsburgh Pa in 1978..332 runners had finished all five laps when i was just starting my fifth lap, and it was being broadcast live on radio...the radio team stayed on the air until i ran the last hour or so...but the beautiful thing was when a small car drove around the lake during my fifth lap and two children i had never met got out and ran with me for the last few miles...their mother was driving and their father had been away in the US Navy for several months..the children's great sense of humor made that day worth the sacrifice ! my running career ended that day due to health problems but that probably saved my life :)

Andrew, you really kicked major ass. I loved watching you because we're basically the same age so it was easy to relate to you. RobRob you did a great job, I loved all the commentary you gave us here on the forum and definitely felt awful seeing you lose- but you looked like you had an awesome time!
