After Gwen's HOH win, Theresa flipped out and blamed herself for Gwen's win. Theresa informed Miguel that she won't be kissing Gwen's ass and knows she'll be nominated for eviction but tells Miguel to do everything in his power to assure his safety and get Kay on the block. Upstairs, Ivy and Gwen celebrated her HOH win. Gwen made it obvious to Ivy that Theresa will infact be nominated but didn't know who would be the best bet to place against her. Outside, Fox promised Kay he'll talk to Gwen to assure her protection. Meanwhile, Miguel promises Gwen safety in the HOH bedroom if she will keep him safe. Miguel meanwhile reveals to Gwen that Kay originally promised to help evict Gwen when it was Gwen vs Theresa last week. After Miguel left, Gwen confided in Ivy and Fox. Fox told Gwen that Miguel can not be trusted and he's 100x worse than what Gwen thinks Theresa is. Fox tells Gwen than can pull Kay into a Final 4 alliance. Ivy told Gwen to nominate both Theresa and Kay and they'll have the votes to get rid of Theresa. At the HOH ceremony, Gwen went with her gut feeling and nominated Theresa vs Miguel. Gwen told Miguel that while she is after Theresa, Miguel would use veto on her if he should win.

After the nomination ceremony, Fox reveals to Kay how Miguel threw her under the bus. Hurt, Kay confronted Miguel outside who denied the claim. Upstairs, Jessica and Noah agreed to rid themselves of Kay at the Final 4 but at this moment she is needed. Both agree Kay is a bigger target than either of them. Meanwhile, Ivy tells Gwen about Kay confronting Miguel outside and how it proves they she (Kay) had an alliance with them (Miguel and Theresa). Ivy tells Gwen that even though Kay isn't their target she'll need to go in the coming weeks. At the POV ceremony, the contestants were forced to dress as chickens and look for their opponents "secrets" in a pile of feed. While Theresa had the lead for the most part, it was Miguel that captured the POV. Afterwards, Miguel and Theresa plotted how they can BOTH be kept safe. Theresa told Miguel they would have to get Kay nominated and gather the votes to get rid of her. Miguel pointed out that Tabitha, Noah, Jessica, Ivy or Fox would vote Kay out over Theresa or even himself. After a long plotting session, Miguel told Theresa that no matter who she would be against she would not go home and he'd have a much better shot. Miguel approached Gwen with a plan that neither him or Theresa would nominate her next week if she would nominate Kay as a replacement nominee against Miguel. Gwen told Miguel she would have to think. Afterwards, Gwen told Fox of Miguel's plan who told Kay. Fox made Kay promise not to mention or say anything to Miguel and told Kay to talk to Gwen. In her HOH room, Kay promised to take Gwen to the final 2 if she doesn't nominate her. At the POV ceremony, Miguel, went through with his plan and used his veto to save Theresa instead of himself forcing Gwen to nominate somebody else. Realizing that Miguel and Theresa will be an unbreakable alliance. Realizing that Kay MIGHT have a chance to go home and not wanting to break a tie, Gwen nominates Noah for eviction.

After the POV ceremony, Gwen promised Noah his safety and assured him the numbers were on his side. Outside, Theresa told Miguel to work on Kay and get her vote while she works on Tabitha and Fox. Miguel told Kay that he loved her and how he'd like to get to know her more but needs her vote this week. Meanwhile, Tabitha told Theresa if she could gather 3 votes she'd vote to save Miguel. Theresa and Miguel rendevous, Miguel tells Theresa he knows Kay is on his side. Theresa tells Miguel not to bother with Ivy or Jessica and they would have to work on Fox. Theresa approached Fox and asked for his vote to save her brother and told Fox they would make a strong alliance. Fox promised Theresa his vote. With that Theresa informed Tabitha about what was going down. At the eviction ceremony, a heartbroken Kay was able to convince both Fox and Tabitha to stick to the original plan and Miguel became the first juror with a vote of 5-1 (Ivy, Jessica, Kay, Fox, and Tabitha). At the HOH competition, the houseguest were forced to hold onto a ledge while rocks were thrown at them. Use to abuse from Gwen, Theresa survived and became the new HOH.
