Wow awesome! Best casted reality series ever? Seriously.
Everyone kinda looks like a pirate plus they are in costume, this is the show that brings Burnett respect again. (no i don't count 5th grader, damnit FOX you should've premiered Drive a FAR better series after AI!) |

She stands out as someone I would root for, based on no information. The rest of the women seem fairly similar to me. The men however seem very diversified. |

Wow, this show looks pretty damn cool. I like the fact that they are living on the ship all the time. The only thing I'm worried about is Pirate's Court- it sounds very easy to have the crew just mutiny the captain every week.
Also, am I wrong when I read that the contestants can use the money they collect over the course of the game to barter with and bribe other contestants with? If so, then I think it's genius- it's one of the two main rules that Survivor goes against. |

at Poopert making his way to national television again.. This just seems like an OBVIOUS rip-off of Survivor, but because its MB.. it's not really. But just watching the preview with the camera angles and the two teams and "Pirate Court" instead of Tribal Council.. AND the rich/poor thing.. maybe this will be TOO much like Survivor. And the name "Pirate Master" is this worst name for a show I've ever heard.. and I thought "Treasure Hunters" sounded retarded... AND the logo SUCKS majorly.. However, I'm very glad that Mark B. finally realized that reality COMPETITIONS are what people want to watch. Notice his two major hits (Survivor/The Apprentice) are reality competitions.. hopefully he thinks up more ideas for new shows, it would be awesome if he could somehow bring the Mole back! |

If this show were just about hot pirate chicks, I'd be there. It looks good but I would like to find out more about the rules and format. Pirate's court sounds like a pirate boardroom to me. I bet casting for this show was pretty simple. "You're auditioning for Survivor? Let's see if you look good with gold jewelery and a bandana. Or at least not look stupid. Yes? Welcome to Pirate Master, matey!" I hope it doesn't just fizzle out. |
