My thoughts on the show thus far...

The pilot was very interesting, and had seem to set up some good drama. But a couple things have irked me with the regular series...

What ever happened to the previous Global Dynamics director? Why was he replaced with Sloan (other than the fact that the actor didn't want to do the series)? The previous director was set up as a man who keep the citizens working on new projects, and locked away any potentially dangerous items in section 5. It was like the storage warehouse scene in Raiders of the lost Ark - some items were sent to section 5 for our own good.

The new director seems to be isolated from section 5 - there are things in section 5 he has no idea of their origin.

And the lady from the DOD who felt the need to create spies and kill witnesses to get the dangerous items (for government use, no doubt) from section 5 in the pilot. Now her (ex)husband is director, can't she just bat some eyelashes to get into section 5? Her character has been changed too much from the pilot - she MURDERED someone. How cool would it have been to not know whether she was doing what was needed for our own good or out of the government's need to control technology.

And that brings me to another issue...those who were killed in the pilot were brought back to life (one as a clone, no less). Please don't tell me this will be like the A-Team where everyone is shooting guns, but no-one get shot.

The sheriff's flying car is gone - at least we won't have to hear it talk like KITT. Good deal.

I still give it two thumbs up for taking a unique twist on the easy watching crime solving series (it's no CSI:Eureka). I await either the "big bad" or some more multi-episode arcs.
