It's an excellent show.
It's funny, because it's on the family channel, if you've seen the show before, you'll know why this is ironic. It's got masturbation, porno magazines, a dash of occultic stuff in one episode involving an Ouija board...the works. That aside, it's actually a fun show. |

ps. The show airs Mondays at 8pm on Family Channel (channel 49 in Tri State Area). I think tonight is the second or maybe the third episode.

 Never mind. I saw on IMDB that it's a movie. ETA: If you are into low budget homoerotic horror films, it was released on DVD as 'Camp Slaughter'. Not that it has been put atop my netflix queue or anything... |

I watched Camp Daze.
It's fantastic. You'll laugh till you cry. The Kyle XY dude has some very homoerotic stuff. I was reading old reviews from when it was at festivals, and they talked about his character being openly gay in the movie. They also mentioned the running time being 1hr 50min. The version I saw was about 90 minutes and he isn't "open" at all. ??? The movie is horribly amateurish, but oddly enough has a somewhat clever premise that I am sure will end up in a real horror flick someday soon. |

I had three blockbuster online trade ins this morning and to what did my wandering eyes should appear in store?
All three discs of Kyle Xy. I've watched the first disc and the original pilot. I like it so far. Pretty interesting. Matt Dallas keeps me hooked. He's so adorable. I think I liked the original pilot better than the one they went with. It was a bit racier and the characters seemed a little more clear. The most interesting thing was a news report that a girl with no memory had been found too. I don't think that was in the one they aired, or I missed it. I should go back and check. |
