Matt is beautiful, and I think he gives off the underage vibe despite being 7 years over the line because his acting is so good. He has to play the ultimate niave kid, and he's very good at doing that without coming off as stupid or weak.

Look, I like looking at Matt Dallas but he is NOT a good actor. I thought it was for the role, but he plays it the same way in that "Camp Daze" crapfest.

Driving to my local Blockbuster NOW to find Camp Daze/Slaughter....
I mean it has NOTHING to do with that clip of scenes on the first page on this thread that I watched 8 times.... I'm just a Matt Dallas man... I mean horror movie fan... and I want to please it... I mean see it.... the MOVIE that is and not solely Matt Dallas. |

I bought the DVD after having seen only 4 episodes because it doesn't matter if it turns out to suck, as long as Matt Dallas plays Kyle.

There was a preview for season 2 on the DVD and it looks REALLY good, like not just "family fun" good but "adult fans of mystery, sci-fi and action-y stuffs" good.
I like both aspects of the show, so either way I'll keep watching. Thanks for starting this thread. |

well, made it thru the whole marathon..
weird the mixture of the evil and the teen age angst but, really enjoyed it. now ready for season 2 tomorrow night |

I loved Season 1, and watched the last few hours of the marathon last night to get back up to speed. I hope that Nicholas Lea is back for the season. I've loved him ever since the X-Files. Matt Dallas is all kinds of young yummy goodness, but it would be a tad too creepy and Mrs Robinson-ish for me to salivate over him. I'd boink his daddy, though. Or Tom Foss, of course. Anyday.
Looks like his new "sister" Jessi XX is going to be "born" with a really bad attitude. Should be fun! |
