I was pissed off with stupid Bo/John today. They have no problem knocking E.J. around but get all worried about having a warrant to search the Dimera Mansion? I kept waiting for John to say, "hey I'm not a cop" like he usually does. Guess it's too early for J.M.'s return.
Tony was in rare form today but I still hate his character. No redeeming qualities there. |

Thanks for the link. I had to click "weekly preview" on the menu bar for the Stefano promo. So glad the evil laugh is back! What surprised me the most were the Days reps at the top of the page. Nick actually looks quite hot, and Chelsea looks school marmish.

Did Jeremy Horton look like he had gas during his very last scene in Friday's episode, or what?
Max's dream was to become a racecar driver...hello, he won the Salem 500 a few years ago and was a hotshot driver who everyone drooled over. Can't Days rework it's history rewrites? Why when Days looks like it's taking two steps forward with the DiMera/Brady fued, they subject us to Stephanie who takes the show three steps back. |

The teen scene can work but they need to ditch Stephanie & Jeremy and find a love interest for Max. That guy is cute and can act. What are they hiring more airheads who can't act for while Max gets to do almost nothing???
This is the story I know already I will FF thru the whole summer. If they were bent on having the Stephanie character, hire someone who can act!!! And then they should have put her in a triangle with Nick/Chelsea. Chelsea/Stephanie had that good rivalry chemistry going. That could have worked for a teen scene. Max/Some new girl not related to him or his family and a Nicksea/STephanie triangle |

Yeah I agree the new Jeremy totally sucks. And not in a fun Charity Rahmer I need to stop and look at the car wreck way as far as I can tell.

Like my first soaps were Y&R and Another World and I started watching Days only because of all the salacious stuff I'd discuss with my friends at the pool like Carly being buried alive and the original "who's the daddy?" and it's the only one I still follow because of me getting totally hooked one summer where I did schedule my entire jr. high girl life around making sure I caught every moment of their crazyass Marlena possession story and all of Sami's wickedness. In following years, even though I was still a teen when a lot of the Belle/Mimi/Chloe/Shawn/Phillip crap was going on I thought that part of the show was pretty boring honestly. What do you guys think Jeremy's big secret is that they sort of alluded to at the end of the episode? I'm hoping it's that he's gay, just because if they've hired such an awful actor to handle such a delicate storyline it would be good for some laughs, but I doubt we'll be so lucky. |

THey really need to recast Jeremy Horton. That kid can't act his way out of a paper bag. Yikes!
I loved the preview for Stefano! zomg! This summer is going to be awesome! I hadn't thought of EJ and Sami going on the run, but I would love to see that happen. I was finding myself getting annoyed w/Bo and John too the last couple of episodes (although it's nice to see John back with the bad Clint Eastwood impressions).

Clearly the casting office must be next to an Abercrombie and Fitch store. Jesus, give me a break about Days putting out the perception that most guys naturally looks like Jeremy and Jett. Palease! Most guys look kinda chunky like Max or plain like Nick, not with six packs and perfect coifed hair with a set of pearly whites.
I immediately hate characters that come off as tools. Chelsea was one, New Stepha-me is one, and now Jeremy. This garbage is so been there, done that. Let me guess, underneath it all Jeremy and Stephanie will wind up with a heart of gold. I doubt Jeremy's issue is that he's gay. Days historically has been very afraid to have a gay character and have only thrown on the token stereotypical, nelly queer type. (Harold, anyone?) I'd applaud Days for stepping into the 21 century, but I don't hold my breath. It seems to me Jeremy is just a low level con artist. Patrick Lockhart 0.5 (a downgrade). He's going to embezzel the money to pay off some major debt he has in Vegas and yada, yada, yada....who cares? |

The only good thing I can say about Jeremy is that he looks like a Horton. I could see where he is related to Jenn and definitely like the last actor who played his dad Mike.

I preferred the original Mike Horton (that guy who went on to be "The Pretender"). I liked the character up until he went after Carrie Brady. Just felt incestuous(sp?) to me.
