My guess is it's just a one year renewal. It seems the networks are doing that for all the soaps now.
Casting News: Tamara Braun (Ava) will depart Salem in the Summer. I'm peeved. I loved Ava and Tamara. I just hope they cut it out with these stupid short term casting. |

it is so dumb to keep putting on great actors and then takeing them away from us right after we start to like them. wh ycant they keep around the good one and get rid of the sucky ones like Lucas, i hate him. What is up with the nurce from ER being on this show?

I wish Ava was staying, she was an interesting character and the actress is amazing. I thought how sweet that she sneaked into the NICU and got a pic of baby Joe for Kayla. |

You shot John Black. I have not forgotten. Have you? To me, that makes you equal to Lucas in the shot-people portion of Days. At least in recent memory. Of course, we may find out that Lucas was covering up for Will, his other child with Sami. I think Grandma Marlena has forgotten about him, as she reminded Sami on Friday that Sami and Lucas do share a child, but Grandma was referrring to Ali, not Ali's much older brother. You let Sami go to death row for a crime you committed and she was nearly executed because of it. I have not forgotten. Have you? To me, that means you can stop whining now about how awful prison was and how much you missed Sami every second you there, that is when you're not only busy accusing Sami of being a lying, cheating whore for sleeping with EJ but also complaining that Sami wasn't more "resourceful" in fending off EJ the night Johnny was conceived. Please make it stop! Why is Days making us endure a Lexie/Abe breakup storyline? After all that these two have been through together, you'd think they'd appreciate the snot out of one another. But no!! And along comes your namesake, Daniel Jonah, and Lexie touches his hand, and Abe's calling her a whore in his mind (I can tell). So, please use your power to make this stop. For me to write a note about Daniel and Chelsea would just take too long and I may have to chop off my fingers for writing vulgar stuff. Same with Stephanie and Max. What up? I don't care what they do with Stax but I don't want Nick to go away. It was so painful that he had to sit through that Dan-worshiping scene today and no one, not even Chelsea picked up at all about how awkward that must've been for him. I about gagged when that little girl with blonde hair showed up to talk about what an angel Dan was right after we got Nick calling him a genius for his green-skills. If Dan is so great and so hot, it should be evident without all this stupid dialogue, writers! Grrr. On another board I saw some folks discussing the possibilities of a Nick-Nicole romance. That could be all kinds of awkward-hilarious. I mean... intentionally... not just awkward-hilarious like Phillip and Chloe fucking was awkward-hilarious with the dog tag removal closeup and the 80s sax playing in the background. |

The Phillip and Chlo-me sex were hot scenes, even tho I hate her. But having Phillip roll around in bed showing skin more than makes up for Chlo-me being there. You know, I really don't care if they put Chelsea and Daniel together, even tho I think they look a little icky together. At least it's better than watching Stax go after it. I can't think of a pairing on tv that grosses me out more. |
