I will say (and this is very odd for me)...I liked everyone. They all seemed like nice, pleasent people. It was kind of refreshing. It wasn't trashy or loud, or nasty. It was all done in very good humor.

The one that was gay, however, did throw me for a loop, I didn't think it was him either. I've seen Playing it Straight, but don't remember him.

No the one in the speedo I had pegged as the "taken" one from the start. He was too much of a free spirit and just seemed to be having fun with things. Mike was the one she thought was taken. I did find once the boyfriend and girlfriend came out at the end it was easier to make the connections. I kind of liked when they showed their cars and they were just normal everyday cars.

"Ambiguous" would probably be the best word for a few of them. The first show she picked the homo. The "straight" guy didn't all that straight. The second show she picked the straight guy. The taken guy appeared to be a homo with a very large fag hag girlfriend.

I mean, there's only so many times I can hear "he washes his hair, so he must be gay" or something equally as stupid. "He has a dildo sticking out of his ass, but he might just be playing the game."

This would allow the editing to flow better, now it seems a little rushed. I like how the gf/bf calls on the cell phone, and the surprises on both ends (like the unexpected car inspection). This is the kind of show that would fair better on Bravo. While it's entertaining, it's missing that little extra something that a network like Bravo would probably not have a problem with.

Victor is so in the closet. I couldn't believe it when he said he was straight... and then his girlfriend, lol. Guy is majorly hot though. Calen being gay threw me. I actually thought he and Jilina had great chemistry. Hey, even her dog liked him! What was wrong with Mike? Why was he so nervous? I thought he had some dominatrix gf at home who was going to kick his ass if he even looked at the girl. Very strange. Still can't believe Christopher actually has a gf. And by the way, opera is not gay. Chorus, musical theater, drama, ballet... yeah... but I've yet to meet a gay opera singer.

It needs to get nasty. They should bring in some arch conservative christian chick to go nuts when she finds she has a homosexual to deal with. And is it just me, or is it really, really obvious who's who as soon as the girlfriend and boyfriend walk out? Its very easy to match them up.
