I just saw the previews for this show on TV last week and I was very intrigued - looks like Amazing Race, but with actual clues to figure out to find your next destination (instead of the typical, "go here, go there, etc..."). I wonder if people will end up in the wrong country, etc?
The show certainly has promise...if NBC doesn't manage to mess it up. |

I don't know about that being a dead zone. Look at what that dead zone did with Desperate Housewives & Grey's Anatomy on ABC.

it looks like an awesome show. Putting together National Treasure and The Amazing Rae. I think 3 people teams are a great idea... even though some of the teams remind me of TAR 8. I'm hoping for a female win on this show yay... wouldn't that be great. Hopefully the'll go to places around the world and not stay in the US.

Were we aware of what the premise of "Amazing Race" was before it premiered (I was like 11 back then so I don't remember lol)
This show has already got me hooked and I will definitely tape it (I'll be in Europe when it premieres, hopefully spotting some TAR10 teams haha). I do wish I would know how it actually works though, cuz I keep expecting it to be basically Amazing Race with actual clues. BTW it looks like it will premiere on Sunday at 8-10 pm, then settle into a regular timeslot of Mondays at 9 |

I remember the big thing with TAR was that it was premering directly against Lost. Two shows that were similar and no one knew which would succeed.
They were both cool though. |
