In its original concept, it was a computer program where your children could design their own race car. You'd then put regular Staples-bought printing paper into your printer, print out the design, the children cut out the template with scissors, color & assemble the car and (this was never clearly explained) somehow add in a remote control steering device and voila! A little remote-controlled race car.

Once Ricky's design team got ahold of it, they tarted it up, eventually losing the clarity of being able to use ordinary paper and instead requiring you to buy pre-packaged inserts for the printer that are I guess like balsa wood gliders -- already pre-assembled pop-outs and thereby dumbed down into a item that nobody would buy.

I really hope the Air Hog Canookistanians return to the original vision. I'd buy that in a heartbeat for my nephews, partially so I play with them myself.
