What a bizarre thing to do. Announce a show out of the blue and cancel it a week later before it even airs.
Of course, this is the network who brought you 'We are pulling our biggest hit in years off the air after four episodes and placing it on a 4 month hiatus'. |

I think she dodged a bullet losing that show. One episode alone would have undone all her hard work of schmoozing with the likes of Leno, Conan and Kimmel and
sent her right back to the D list
Meanwhile she was ON in that interview, totally hilarious <3 I crack up everytime she mentions 'sexting' with Miley And lol @ her having to beat that phony "Dr" Phil <3
I kept getting nervous though cause it looked like she was gonna fall off that couch, she was sitting so awkwardly on it

I read elsewhere the show was canceled because they couldn't get enough celebrities to sign up for it. Don't know how much truth there is to that.

I'm sorry for Kathy, but as already mentioned, I think she is dodging a bullet with this one. She would have to be strictly censored to be on ABC and she couldn't let her true thoughts out as she hosted this mess, so it's for the best. Glad to see Kathy did a knock out job on Leno  last night. Good for her.
And in answer to Seaguy: If a clip of the appearance were to be posted on YouTube, I think I could view it without destroying my core principles . . . only for Kathy, though, of course. |

Count me in as one of the people happy this got canned. Kathy still gets paid for her work and I am spared watching her host a genre of show I HATE.

Leave it to Leno's "people" to completely yank anything NBC doesn't "approve."
Meanwhile Alex Borstein did a Kathy "Impersonation" on the Fox Special on Sunday but it was so terrible. She sounded like Miss Piggy, said stuff Kathy would neva say and didn't even have on a convincing wig. She did nail a few of Kathy's eye blinks
