How does this not have a thread. I know it's been off the air for 15 years but come on!

Oh yes. I'll play.
This is my favorite show of all time. I even like season 2. Actually, I don't think season 2 was a bad as everyone thought. I thought the shit with James and Evelyn and Ben Horne's Civil War Psychosis was appaling... but after that I thought they really got back on track. I loved Windom Earle, project Blue Book, the Black Lodge, etc. The ending devistated me. I remember I was 12, and the finale aired on a monday night. I was so depressed I refused to go to school the next day and sat in my room watching tapes of twin peaks and sulking. However now after many years I see that there were enough clues throughout the series and the Twin Peaks world that you at least know how the cooper and Annie storylines end. That's enough for me I suppose. Here is a NEW p.etition for the FWWM deleted scenes (please note, AOL users are not allowed to use petitiononline for whatever reason) www.petitiononline.com/fwwmdvd/@#%$.html There is still hope for Mk2, New Line and Lynch to get these released. |

I love Season 2. It had the lowest points of the series (James/Evelyn, Little Nicky although that had a funny moment or two) but it also had my favourite moments: the killer reveal, the whole Windon Earle plot.
I actually liked the Ben/Cvil War stuff because it led to a great plot of Ben trying to do good. He was so cute eating carrots instead of smoking, going to John Justice Wheeler for advice, the Save the Weasel campaign and it renewed the Ben/Catherine war which is always gold. I've been taping S2 for a friend to watch so I got to revist a lot of my fave moments. Windowm Earle drressed up as the Log Lady at the pageant: gold! Earle questions a captive Major Briggs: E "When did you first see the petroglyph at Owl Cave?" B "I am not at liberty to disclose that information." E "Oooh... cheater!" (fires arrow) E "What does the cave painting mean?" B "I am not at liberty to disclose that information." E "Damn I love the military mind." (fires arrow) E "What is the capital of North Carolina?" B "Raleigh." E "Fat lot of good that'll do me."

Somewhere in my vast collection of TP stuff, I actually have the raw dailies of Welsh and Davis shooting that scene.
It's not too interesting though. Just loads and loads of coverage. No bloopers or anything. |

She did a show at the Great American Music hall a couple of years ago and graciously came out to the audience after to sign autographs and chat with the fans.
She was VERY shy, but nice. |

I have a lot of that stuff. ^^^
I had a sweatshirt made that reads I Killed Laura Palmer. Oh.. and a friend of mine who worked for Microsoft went to Seattle to work for a few months. He went to Snoqualmie and took a bunch of photos for me. (the twin peaks, the falls, the train car Laura was murdered in, the diner, the gas station, the train thingie Ronette was found walking across, the glorious trailer park from FWWM, the high school, etc) SI - You met Julee Cruise? You suck! I'd love to meet "Bob". |

Has it really been 15 years since this was on? That makes me feel old. I never watched it when it was on, because I actually didn't watch hardly any TV when I was in HS, but I saw season 1 on VHS in college, and loved it. I've never seen season 2, though.

Oh no you di-in't! a TP thread? hail yeah! The show only set the direction for TV in the 90s. Without TP there wouldn't have been The X-files, American Gothic, etc. Weird TV broke up the cop/medical/law show blandness.
I am the proud owner of an issue of Wrapped in Plastic autographed by Frank Silva. Take that geeks! I saw FWWM three times in the theater, and I was so excited that only one of those times I wore pants! (This was before Pee Wee Herman.) what else do I have... The entire series on laserdisc. Japanese release of FWWM laserdisc S1 + FWWM on DVD 3 shirts, including TP sheriff's dept. (which I also found at Mervyns..!?) A custom tape of media appearance plus amatuer footage of a FWWM scene being shot. Agent Cooper's audio tape Agent Cooper's book Laura Palmer's book All the soundtracks including the Cruise albums and Peaks Mania "Summer Kisses, Winter Tears" CD single. rare Cruise! A complete TP trading card set. FWWM movie poster Hot posters of Madchen Amick and Sherrilyn Fenn. Sheet music for TP Theme. Twin Peaks Behind the Scenes Twin Peaks Interpretation Book A framed copy of David Lynch on the cover of Time Script for "Northwest Passage" (early title for TP) Script for FWWM with freaky deleted scenes. clippings SI: thanks for sticking up for the much maligned Season 2. Even the weakest epsiode was still much beter than most TV. MML |

Quote: Yoooouuuu bitch. :) I forgot about my scripts: -Northwest Passage -episode 1 -episode 2 -episode 28 -episode 29 -FWWM with the awesome deleted scenes. Johnny Horne's b-day party and the post-series scenes were my faves. When it cuts to black and reads "30 days later". I got shivers. Tying the ring from FWWM to Annie = genius. |

LOL Yeah.
What have we all heard about what was to happen after the Season 2 finale? Rumours I've heard -Audrey was slated to survive the bank explosion -Major Briggs was to play a large part in rescuing Coop from the BL -Windom Earle was supposed to come out of his BL experience a changed man and join in the rescue -Ben Honre reverts back to his evil ways after Will bashed his head in the fireplace mantle |
