Another 90 minute episode. Lots of activity and murders to solve. Calleigh still looks hot (and the firemen agree
 ). I didn't know that Yelina thought that Horatio was the father of Suzy's daughter Madison. I thought that she knew the father was her late husband Ray, and that's why Yelina has been so cold to Suzy & Madison. |

Lots of suspense with the escaped criminal, a movie star pediophile(hmmm, where did they get that idea.
 )The bone marrow thing was stupid. I thought for sure H would be the donor just to make him look more heroic. |

I don't understand why Horatio had to tell Yelina. He needed a relative and if she thought that was Horatio's daughter, then Ray Jr. is a relative.

OK, I have to agree David Caruso has created a caricature of himself in this show. His pseudo-intensity is almost laughable. But I still love him and have since his first year on NYPD Blue.
And what police deparment would have a Hummer for their evidence tech's to drive here and there. Puh...leese. It's all pretty laughable. |

Yay, Calleigh's ex-boyfriend John the Cop is back. Boo, it appears they are turning him into a bad guy. Can't the writers give Calleigh a little happiness?
Is it just me, or does there seem to be an inordinately high number of homicides (in Miami, Vegas and New York) that involve pretty girls, aged 18-22, as the victims? |

Lots of mini cliffhangers in this season finale. Will Calleigh leave Miami? Will Yelina and Ray Sr. and Ray Jr. live happily ever after? What about Ryan? And Eric? Why did John the cop kill himself?
I believe that Yelina is gone from the show next year, but Horatio will talk Calleigh into returning to the department. And we will get a new cast member when another cop character joins the show. |

Good season premiere.
I like the new girl, Natalia. Too bad that the writers had to write out Selina. The cast said that this season will be leaning towards darker stories, and that's great because many plotlines from last season were very unrealistic to the point that it was laughable. I know, I know. We have to approach this with the "suspension of disbelief" mindset but I mean, some of the cases and just unbelievable, and the clues they link to the suspects are just absurd (linking Kobe beef to a street brawl?!?). |
