PAPAYOKE wrote:This. The only reason Quinn has a bug up his ass about Dexter is because Dexter saw him stealing money from a crime scene. Quinn's only motivation is to try to catch Dexter doing something shady, so Quinn can hold it over Dexter and call it "even." The thought of Trinity being a quadrangle/quatro/quad killer is great. Can't wait to see who the 4th person is and how it fits into his twisted world. Trinity is such a huge nutbag. I was on the edge of my seat when Dexter went into the woods with that psycho. Great episode, but I am really disappointed that Dexter rushed his kill on the photog assuming he was guilty without gathering further evidence. Yes, the blood stains on the floor and the fingernail pointed to the murder occurring in the photog's studio, but Dexter should have also suspected the assistant and done more digging. Add to it the way he was able to slip away from the campout to do the kill . . . it just wasn't right. First of all, why would he have Cody sleeping by himself in a tent. Either Cody would be sleeping with the other kids or Cody would share his tent with Dexter, his stepfather. So, that was just wrong. And as others mentioned, this is a campout with kids. In what bizarro world do the kids actually go to sleep before 9 p.m. at night and don't wake up until the morning? Beyond the realms of plausibility that Dexter would have been able to slip away from that campout and do his deed without being caught. And Deb BETTER NOT fuck Quinn. I already think Deb is a skank whore, but if she does Quinn she will sink to a new low. Especially since I started liking her the last couple of seasons. She better stay off of Quinn's dick. |

I don't remember, has it ever been ruled out that Harry might be Dexter's blood father... and Dexter's brother.... making both half bro's of
Deb?

Harry had to convince Dexter's real dad to help
with a blood transfusion. I could be wrong. |

I bet we know a Stalky McStalkerton who will know ever moment of Dexter canon.

Yes, when Dexter's biological father died and left him his house, etc., Dexter had a DNA test done to confirm whether or not he was really his biological
father and the test came back saying the guy was.
So, Harry isn't Dexter's biological father. |

Can't believe I forgot the bio father house / skinny english girl friend plot.
Damn.... I watch too much TV. The plots run into each other and I forget tons of lore. |

Anyone think that eventually we will find out about Dexter's father and why Dexter really IS the way he is? I believe there has to be more to who Dexter is
than just watching his mother get killed. Something is missing about his biological father and I hope they fill us in.

I really hope they don't go down the 'serial killer is in your genes' route OR the 'Dark Passenger is an evil spirit from Egypt' route.
Almost as bad as the we only use 10% of our brain fallacy that Fringe seems to be running with next week... |

I hope we find out that Trinity is Dex' long lost uncle, he doesn't kill him and they work together. I don't think skanky Deb will fuck Quinn, she
usually goes after losers like the druggy Anton or someone three times her age, she prob thinks the mighty Quinn is too normal.

Like I said preseason, it's only a matter of time until little Harrison starts trying to filet Mr. Boo Boo the teddy bear. I was suprised by that DNA test. Maybe it'll be revealed that Harry THOUGHT Dex was his biological son, thus him rescuing Dexter but not his brother? His reasoning that the older kid was too far damaged always struck me as being specioous. |

LPMA wrote:That whole scene was just freaky. "Choose your weapon." I couldn't tell if Trinity was going to fight Dexter or what. What I don't understand is why Dexter thinks it is a good idea to get so close to a psycho serial killer and try to learn from him. If the shoe was on the other foot and someone was trying to get all up in Dexter's business, Dexter would take him out. Dexter would be suspicious of that person and would find out what he could about the person trying to force his way into his life and Dexter would kill him if he fit his code. Thus, Dexter should assume that Trinity would also be looking into "Kyle" and would be suspicious of this Kyle who is annoying and clingy and has the nerve to get into his sister's ashes. Dexter should assume that Trinity is going to attempt to kill "Kyle" and this whole ruse is stupid. Of course, it does make for suspenseful television viewing. |

Dexter trying to learn from Triny is a good idea - he has a family, has been killing for 30 years, hasn't been caught and is able to juggle work, family
and killing, why wouldn't Dexter want to learn from him?

I was chary of the concept at first, but yeah it's making perfect sense.
Remember that any normal human behavior that he exhibits is pretty much learned behavior. Now that he's a family man, he needs someone to learn from. It's really cool how this playing out. |

I am thinking Trinity's 4th kill may be a boy his age at the time when his original family was being killed off. Symbolic of him dying, being dead with his
family and the ritual is over.

I believe there has to be more to who Dexter is than just watching his mother get killed. Well, watching her get chopped up by a chainsaw, and being stuck in a dark container in her blood for days might be a little more damaging than your normal murder witnessing. Also explains his brother more than genetics (which would be really silly) |

What happens when Deb/Dex returns the CI files and the file clerk realizes one is missing? Where did Dex hide Grandpa Lundys Trinity research, skanky Deb moved
into his storage area/apartment.
