So I take it from the preview pic that the series antagonist will be the flying guy's hot friend? He is standing so prominently in that group pic.

Thanks Silliness. I looked her up on imdb and I actually recognized her from Ice Princess and Racing Stripes, 2 of my daughters favorite movies. I'll probably check this show out, it could be interesting.

The show does look fairly good on paper and the commercials definitely add a little intrigue. I just hope the show doesn't turn into the Justice League United.

I just saw the pilot,it leaked btw.. wink.wink..
I dont know what to think because the pilot i saw was part 1 of 2. But if you ever wanted to know what would happen if you mixed Lost, and super Heros you get Heroes. Hell alot of the characters seem the same, you have a sayid type, a walt, a jack etc.. But so far so good dont want to spoil anything. unless other people have seen it... |

I'm undecided on this show.
It seems like it has the potential to be really good, or really awful. |

So, my copy of the pilot is 55 minutes long.
Is that correct? |

Yeah, it's 55 minutes long and appears to be the first half of a two-part episode. It ends with a "To Be Continued"...
All in all, I think it's a very interesting beginning to what could be a pretty good show. This is one of those ideas where it could very easily go the other way and become awful quickly, so let's hope they do it right. Edited due to my inability to spell simple three-letter words |

Yeah, i'm thinking as architecture and music have their own styles in points of history, TV does too and most shows will be using the Lost format of storytelling because it is the fashion of the day or something.
So I won't refuse to watch because it's like Lost only if it sucks. Early word is this is going to be interesting, I am getting excited on this and Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip |

First of all, finally something to watch on "Mondays."
Second of all...Ali Larter = BOO! but Milo Ventimiglia = UBER YAY! And the cheerleader does seem to rock the bootypop, but merely because of that damn relocating the arm thing. And how quickly will Bobby Lee spoof the shit out of the Asian guy on "Mad TV"? |

I just checked this out. It's very epic. The cinematography made me feel like I was watching I very slow-paced movie. It definitely looks like it has potential, but I won't be surprised if it flops hard.

This show has to have a unifying theme. LOST had the plane crash and struggle for survival then back stories to help us get inside each character. There has to be a reason that all of these people suddenly discover their mutant abilities. Otherwise we're going to get a bunch of loose knit stories and it's snoring time again. did the pilot give any clues as to the unifying theme.

You could say the guy investigating Dr. Suresh has an inkling of what might be going on...
And I really liked the pilot. Lots of interesting story and am excited to see where they take it. Ali Larter - UBER YAY, Milo Venti-whatever - BOO (so wooden). |

Any show Greg Grunberg pops up on seems to last for a few years.

Saw the pilot, liked a lot of it, didn't like the ending...because I guess I don't like the flying guy.
Hayden Panettiere (the cheerleader) is pretty good and I loved the little twist for her at the end. I'll be watching it again Monday. |

Grundberg is going to be on this? It brings new meaning to the word "pilot". Now I must watch. Greg Grundberg is a friend of JJ Abrams & played the pilot in the pilot of LOST. How appropriate. Can't wait for Monday now.

Quote: Wither Prison Break? Anyways, I saw the "LEAK" and I must say it was a very good pilot. A few twist and a nice plot. However, as others have said this could easily turn crappy but I'm hoping for the best. |

Prison Break is - close to introducing mutant powers.
