That's funny, cause I noticed how good her acting was in that episode too. And Jim (Sheldon) is amazing. My favorite line was "she's a big
'ol five"

my fave part was after penny insisted that sheldon get the sword for her so she could kill something in the game...

Penny coming into Sheldon's bedroom was hysterical. No pajama bottoms because he spilled grape juice and he had to wear those because they were his Monday
pajamas!

And then her telling Leonard not to go in there cuz Sheldon wasn't wearing his pajama bottoms.

I am frustrated because I am a failure at everything and my breath smells like fly!
There, there. |

The title of this thread should be changed to "Queen Penelope is AFK".

BBT is currently my fave half hour show on tv. I don't know what I'd do if it was up against Pushing Daisies...
I still love HIMYM, and really, the shows are apple and orange. how do you compare them? BBT is funnier, but HIMYM is still funny and interesting to me. of course, I have a super massive crush on Neil Patrick Harris. My fave moment last night was Penny slicing off Leonard's head, and his detached head saying something like, "see ya later then." hilarious stuff. |

I've always thought Kaley Cuoco was a great comic actress--so glad to have it confirmed so beautifully in this episode. I think we'll be seeing her
around for a long time.

the only place I'd ever seen her before was as a guest on Craig Ferguson. she really stands out on this show... partly
because she's the only female! I am really beginning to like her. She and Sheldon together are awesome. |

I hope there aren't any more episodes that are infomercials about video games.

Aw I didn't like this one as much as last week. The biggest laughs for me though were the part about Sheldon's dog and Sheldon's attempts to smile.

Sheldon's attempts to smile were the best. And Howard's reaction to it!

I was disappointed with this episode. There was way too much product placement. After they said People about twenty times, I hit "mute," then I
turned my TV off. (They also mentioned Bentley). After about fifteen minutes I turned my TV on again. I heard Montgomery Ward and Disney.
I would never watch this episode again. |

madon...
i totally do not get this disgust over this bullshit concept of "product placement." do you feel a similar resentment when a television show mentions a location like "new york" or anything else real in life? there is such a thing as "people" magazine. and a car manufacturer that makes a "bentley". these cultural references are meant to to put the story into context. "people magazine" should immediately give you a chuckle about the importance of raj's award. and "bentley" the same about raj's poverty story of his life. the best of your disdain is for the mention of "montgomery wards" which went out of business in 2001. yeah, that's some savvy product placement right there... people do drink "budweiser". i'd bet you turn off the show unless the can said "beer". loosen up that tinfoil hat about "product placement" bud, and you will enjoy life more... |

Montgomery Wards is an online retailer. I know shows have product placement because very few, if any, people watch commercials, but there was too much on this
episode.
