It's true the entire pilot was action from start to finish. I just wonder if they're able to keep it up for an entire season.

I probably would've liked it more if I had actually seen the movies, but it was pretty good. There's potential to turn Lena Headey into an A-List celeb if Fox treats the show right.
That said, did anyone else find it slightly creepy that when Cameron was beating up those guys in the junk yard, naked John was standing directly behind naked Sarah? |

Apparently the scene in the high school is going to be edited slightly for the final version of the pilot (due to the Virginia Tech incident, which took place after the original pilot had already been filmed).
So if you want to watch the scene unedited, the download is the only way to go. |

Last night I had my annual PilotFest where I decide what shows I like and watch them promptly watch them get canceled.
I am sorry to inform everyone that I really liked this. I have never seen a Terminator movie, but I thought the whole thing was just fun. It's accessible enough for newbies, although it didn't hurt to have a friend around explaining backstory to me. The chick from The 4400 made the show. I loved her. And jailbait from Heroes was pretty good too. It's non-stop action and it reminded me of 24 back when it was watchable. If they can keep that level of energy up, all 13 produced episodes of this series should be awesome and sell exceptionally well on a 'complete series' DVD set. |

It will air in January, as scheduled. In fact it will be taking over 24's timeslot on Mondays at 9PM since 24 won't be airing this season.
They have completed 9 out of 13 episodes of Sarah Connor Chronicles. I guess episode 9 will have to serve as the season finale. |

Neither T2 or T3 can hold a candle to the original. The first one had mood, dread and the camp factor just added flavor to it all.
The minute Ahnold walked out the bar door in T2 with Bad To The Bone playing, the series was over. I couldn't stand the kid who played John either. |

This show has a 2 night premier coming up in about 2 weeks, heads up, it looks good.

The pilot was great, the only question is whether they can keep up the same pace for an entire season. I hope this isn't one of those shows that blows 50%
of its season budget on the pilot, and the rest of the season looks like it was filmed in someone's backyard.
This and Eli Stone are the two midseason shows I'm looking forward to. With 24 postponed indefinitely, there's not much else on. |

Heh. I never got around to watching this pilot. I've had the AVI for this since the summer as well as an MP4 of it playable on the iPod. Maybe I should
hold off watching it. I don't want anything to taint tonight's viewing of THE WIRE.

:) Well, if it's a choice between The Wire and this show, then it's no contest. The Wire wins.
But the pilot of SCC is actually really good. And it's not like there's much else on these days. |

Not bad at all. I thought it was well done, but unfortunately it wasn't anything we've already seen before. I'm sure that will change next episode.
Anyway, what need does a Terminator have for a bra? I'm guessing she uses a titanium under wire? |
