^ That was pretty freaky seeing her. Can anyone explain all the writing on the wall. Did that guy do it before he broke in and died?

yeah, I really didn't get what was happening at the end at all. I thought I must have missed something...

I read an interview with the creator or someone where he said they purposefully made Sarah weaker than Linda Hamilton's Sarah so she was more relateable and added Derek to represent her manic crazy warrior side...but its just totally robbed Sarah of everything shes supposed to be. Shes not a badass in this show at all.
I missed the first episode of this season and am waiting to watch tonight's episode. I hope this show doesn't get canceled.

When this show started, I went into it thinking that I would hate it.....but I really like it! It's not mind-blowing at all, but its really fun and a
great way to kill an hour on Mondays!

I don't suppose there is any way they'd kill of John, huh? This show is so awesome, yet everytime he comes on the screen he sucks all the life out of
it. I don't know how that kid got cast. He must be a whiz on the casting couch.

So he knew of the future plot to change the past so the power plant comes under skynet control. My guess is there is other things he knew that are also written on the wall for Sarah and John to figure out in the coming episodes. Anyone have any idea why Cameron has been acting particularly odd in a robotic sense? I wonder what to make of her behavior this episode. I was wondering and just checked and found out Busy Phillipps just had a kid so that was a real pregnant belly she had there. |

ETA2: Does anyone else find the presence of Penelope Widmore in this show a bit unsettling?
I can't believe we didn't recognize Penny. Mr. Kiddo and I kept going "Who's that woman?" Thank you SLD93! |

I think that last episode was a way to write out Sarah's ex and his wife too. I don't think the direction this season is going needs them.

Has the Silkwood shower been discussed? That was 100% rip off. And this woman has fought terminators, been in a mental hospital, and basically gone through
hell yet the shower freaks her out?!?!?

I kept expecting to see the line "Not Penny's Boat" on the wall in that bloody writing. |

I haven't caught last night's episode yet unfortunately, but ratings news from TV Guide:
Fox's Terminator tied Howie in the demos, but with an audience of 5.49 mil dropped 13 percent from its season opener.ugh, this show is so fucked. |

Although I understand why SC would be in such turmoil about the scrub due to the cancer thing, what I don't get is why she got set up for it in the first
place. I thought the badass boss was also a terminator, but got knocked out by the real terminator, Greenway part deux. Did that make sense to anyone?
Maybe Shirley Manson was trolling around as the badass boss? I also got the sense they were working too hard to set up this season's storylines, what with the Not Penny's Boat scribblings and the dead resistance guy from the future. Also Cameron acting like she caught a virus. Loved her in the pool playing sequence, so at least her charming robot mode chip wasn't damaged. Weird ep, and a tetch disappointing after the S1 finale and S2 premiere, each of which 100% kicked ass. |

This has probably already been asked in this thread but, how come the terminator chicks hair never burns? Two seasons shes been in 3 or 4 fires and stood right
over a fire that melted an entire terminator, and her hair is not singed.

I'm going to go with "because it's a TV show" -- the same way you can't travel back in time with a gaping chest wound, run all over town,
make it to a house, take time to write your thoughts down in your own blood, and THEN bust into the house, saying an enigmatic couple of words.

I can do all that shit.
But not burn your hair, come on. |

I thought the last show was just okay. I'm not so sure it's such a good thing for Cameron and the Connors to intermittently keep reminding us that they
don't completely trust each other so much - it's not the kind of tension you want to see when they're supposed to be working together to save
mankind.
Tonight's episode sounds like it'll be more interesting, the Sarah/derek part anyway. From MSN: TV Guide, here is their description: Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles - NEW Episode: "The Mousetrap" Sarah and Derek try to outwit Cromartie; John finds himself caught between Cameron and Riley. |
