So that's why she did that! I was wondering what that was about.
That was a truly amazing episode. I love how the writers are serving up such a wide array of storytelling methods in this season. I loved all of Cameron's odd human-like scenes. Her robotic humanity is strangely fascinating and also a little disturbing.
Everything about the guy from the future story was incredible. It starts off as a tense interrogation standoff but it was obvious he was lying. And Jesse bringing in his younger self was a stroke of genius. Richard Schiff was fantastic. And then you could see a little seed of his older self in his younger self as well when they talked. I was wondering what was going to happen had Reese shot his younger self but Jesse took care of that paradox.
And then the explanation that the futures were slightly different... Another great touch.
