Is this the one they are promoing her in Malls dragging women onto the runway and making them prove the are attractive people too?
I hate when the one girl gets up and says "I have big breast and I love them." (note big breast b/c she is like 300lbs not b/c she is attractive) and tyra is like "I got me some of that too" and grabs herself. |

I think it's on Channel 9 in LA which is mainly a news channel.
I really don't want to have Tyra be touchy, feely with me. I don't even watch Oprah anymore. |

They already tried the Tyra talk show thing on ANTM. Anyone remember that? They had these cutscenes that had nothing to do with modeling, where we were supposed to get to know Tyra better, or something. Like, doing what looked like five-minute confessionals with the contestants, and one episode she went to her mom for advice, I think... it all came off sounding like very forced scripting. I can't imagine actually sitting through an hour of that.

I for one cannot wait to watch all 4 episodes of this trash..as that is how many I suspect will air prior to cancellation.
Having only watched one season of ANTM and part of one before my mind went as dull as the thread dedicated tot that show. I don't know if it was that posts or the show but that was GODAWFUL. I cannot wait to hear Miss Tyra say to one of her guests... "oh I know, it happened to me too!!" regardless of that poor souls story. She manages somehow to make it all about her. I think that she may run out of personal analogies when the guest is a KKK Grand Wizard or White Supremist. Although undoubtedly she could have the dueling Jay's come in and give them a makeover as a way of solving their unrelenting racist hatred. |

The preview I saw was where some girl told her that she didn't like to wear shorts or high heels, then Tyra makes her model a pair of shorts and high heels.

I saw a new ad last night. Tyra asks a middle-aged woman what she will never do (answer: wear a bathing suit) and the very next scene, woman is strutting down Tyra's runway in a one piece suit.
Why does everyone talk so loud in these ads? Tyra is screeching like a banshee. Dial it down, sister. |

Well, we will be seeing a lot of Tyra. Not just the talk show, but the next season of ANTM starts too, pretty close to the same time as the talk show. I'm gonna check out the talk show. I saw the preview of it on UPN and it was, okay.
So many people don't like Tyra and can't stand the thought of watching her show, good thing all we have to do nowadays is change the channel. |
