yea i am glad spike finely put it on, i was one of the ones to get them to play ds9 when spike 1st started they had an idea board, i said start playing next gen so much and play ds9.

Wow: people saying Voyager WOOOT but when it was on people were like "Worst. Trek. Ever. Cancellation Warp 10!"

The most underrated series.
I dunno if Spike owns the rights to the other two series, but they oughta get them and run all of them once a day. They already play four hours of Trek, why not get rid of World's Wildest Whatever. |

Series would have been great without that wooden-faced C-unt captain. Her voice is irritating as hell and ruined the entire premise of the show.
What were the producers thinking? |

^ Kate Mulgrew made the show. I can't imagine it would have worked half as well without her as the lead (of course, everytime the woman had to fake grunt in pain, I wanted to shoot her). She's on The Black Donnellys this season, yay!!
Regarding the show itself, it really had so much potential when it first started out, but they threw away everything that made it unique way too soon (like, for example, the whole Maquis thing, which became a convenient plotpoint after the first season). |

DS9 had the best character development. Several of the characters changed completely, like Rom who went for the incompetent, deceitful waiter to a Star Fleet engineer who saved the station, married a hot dabo girl and eventually became Grand Nagus. I also like how the father-son relationship between Jake and Cisco developed. Usually I hate kids in these shows, but Jake wasn't at all annoying and must have grown 2 ft.
