Sprague is a good name only because I liked Ed Sprague when he was with the Blue Jays in the mid 90's.
That is all.

Some of you people need to start reading something other than Sucks. It was mentioned LOOOONG ago that M-L would be AWOL for a few eps for mommy reasons but
she will be back.

I remember Ed Sprague as the guy the Red Sox traded their best prospect, Dennis Tankersley for back around 2000 or so. Sprague sucked, wasn't even with the
team that long, and Tankersley was hailed as if he'd be a hall of fame pitcher. What did his career stats end up being? 1-10 with a 7.61 ERA.

Joaqenix wrote:chloe has been utterly useless this season but compare that to bill who's been useless for three seasons. bill was a nice guy but you can't say he's done much noteworthy with his screentine at all except maybe being fired by his karen and saving jack's life. same goes for curtis, nadia, etc. i still find her 3 seconds of airtime this season more interesting than any of those characters combined. |

Rat-face Chloe sucked from the first time we saw her ugly scowl. Please don't tell me they're going to kill off even Jack before her.

Apparently the compund is huge and it takes hours to go through so he brought them to one end knowing it would take that much time for them to search from that
end to the other, where the bomb really is.
That's the explanation in the show... |

George Mason, by far the best boss in this series.

Caught the end of "Dude, Where's my Car" the other night, and was SHOCKED when I realized that one of the geeks-in-bubble-wrap was none
other than Chloe!
Thought it was funny that she was playing a geek even back then. |

well the guy is certainly sufficiently creepy enough. i didn't realize they usually started making casting announcements this early. i wonder who from
the current season will stay on. i wouldn't mind seeing a new president, but i really hope they keep olivia.
i think the one thing recent seasons have been missing (and something the "muslim" theme has reminded me of) is the inclusion of a "close to home" type of theme. i really enjoyed dina/behrooz as well as the warners looking like innocent americans at the beginning of their seasons and then turning into terrorists. it creates a deeper connection when we first get to know them as regular people and THEN find out they are living double lives, rather than just having them thrown in our faces screaming "i'm a terrorist!!". |

^ Agreed. The loss of sideplots has been disappointing.
I even enjoyed Kim's side-plots, as well as the Araz Family/Warner family etc. |

they had sideplots in seasons 6 and 7 but they were so short. the ahmed/too trusting neighbors plot was good, but i guess they couldn't do anything after
the bomb went off.
but sandra palmer's storyline didn't even turn out to be important in any way. one way her charecter could of actually been useful was to reveal that the hospital she was in was in Valencia and then see her and the arab guy die when the bomb went off. it was would of been a cool visual. she was just a stupid and pointless charecter, like sarah gavin (ugh). |

I meant lengthy, well-developed, good resolution side-plots. :)
