The panel was today, and all the voice actors were "uninvited" to be a part of it. However, according to Maurice LaMarche, FOX kept their flight and hotel reservations "alive" (but at their OWN expense) so they were all still present at the Comic-Con signing autographs. Matt Groening and David Cohen were still a part of the panel and both said that they still hope some kind of agreement can be made between FOX and the actors.

Still keeping my fingers crossed! LaMarche commented on his Facebook page that he thought perhaps the reason Fox kept their reservations instead of cancelling them from the Comic-Con altogether was because they were "preparing some kind of reasonable offer" for them. And John DiMaggio said in an interview that he was optimistic things would work out for the best.

Oh yeah, another tidbit to come out of the panel at Comic-Con is that they are seriously considering a theatrical "Futurama" film. However without the original cast involved, the whole idea is significantly less exciting.
