So sad there are only a few new episodes left. I love this show and watch the ones in syndication almost daily.

I loved last night's episode minus the Dough subplot which I just didn't laugh at once. Carrie/Arthur were classic (I definiterly remember that woman that he got fired, great w/ the consistency) and Spence/Danny's storyline was actually really funny this time.

Alas, i'm never going to find out who owns the lone maroon colored car that's always parked outside of the IPS building.

Anyone watch last night?
I kind of like the idea of The King of Queens ending w/ them moving out of Queens, it's a creative yet logical ending. If that happens, it will be cute having Spence/Danny buy their home. However..I kind of don't want it to happen. I mean, they have lived there for years, What about Deacon/Kelly, Doug is so not a city guy and Arthur getting hitched? It's weird. |

I love this show and I will miss it. ozens of shows will come and go and not meet up to the comedy that KoQ offered.
What is the deal with Danny and Spence? I remember for a time there when Spence and Deacon lived together, you almost got the vibe that Spence was a "little gay" as my mom puts it. Has Danny ever had a girlfriend? (I seem to remember a storyline where he was getting married and wanted Doug to be in his wedding, but then I never remember anything else) I know Spence is an effeminante(sorry about the spelling) guy, but never clear on him. |

They are both straight. Spence used to have a major crush on Holly and they also both competed for that foreign blonde girl that time..can't remember what country she was from but Spence spoke her native language. Also, before Spence/Danny moved in together, Spence had a crush on his roommate.

I kinda hope she leaves him, LOL........they don't really mesh well, and she is such a bitch.
I think that they'd both be happier apart. |

Spence dated the girl from the bowling alley who was afraid of his dog, and he pretended to take care of Arthur to try to get women (Danny jumped in on that one, too). I also remember Danny getting married at some point and Carrie convincing Doug to be the best man. They had a really lousy bachelor party. I can't remember the wedding though. I assume it was called off.
We watch the reruns every night, but I haven't caught any of the new episodes. I wouldn't like them to divorce at the end of the series. Just my opinion. Heather |

I don't want and I think there is NO WAY that they will have Carrie/Doug divorce. They fight, they hate on one another but it's how they work..they also clearly love one another.
I think it will end most likely w/ them happy in their own home after something comes up to make Carrie move back. Maybe they decide they want a family eventually so 1 bedroom won't work? ..or that Arthur isn't really secure in his new marriage? Who knows. However, as I said earlier, I am not against Doug/Carrie moving to NYC and Spence/Danny moving into their old home. It would be kind of smart to have the series end w/ them moving out of Queens. |

This is one of those shows that I stopped watching last season and then never really got back into it. I love the old reruns which are on several times a day here in Boston. Carrie was always far too rude and stuck on herself, but Doug and Arthur are priceless. Throw Spence into the mix and there are moments of genius with this show.
I watched the finale last night and it was meh! I liked that they ended up in their old house and I hoped that Doug would go back to IPS. I think it was priceless that Arthur moved back. He is the more annoying, less productive version of Marie Barone. The idea that the family was all stuck in a house that was already to small for them is great. I did not like Danny/Spence storyline at all. I still do not think it was clear if there was some type of underlying attraction between them. (nothing wrong if it was, but I would have loved a big coming out) And Holly and her story was just not needed. |

I predicted it yesterday to my co-workers. They go get the baby and she winds up pregnant.
Oh well, it was a great show. |

I only saw the second half so far, was watching DWTS first, but I taped it and will watch the whole thing later. The montage at the end had me teared up. Stupid, I know. Glad it's in syndication at least.

What a sweet ending. Now that, IMO, was the greatest sitcom of all time.
