Im sooooo damn glad Sally Field won. She's brilliant on Brothers & Sisters-IMO, best new show next to Heroes. Fuck America Ferrera and her Ugly Betty
bullshit. We get it-you're f'in ugly. Felicity was robbed-whether it should be drama or comedy, the academy and what not have labeled DH as a comedy
for quite some time. Im also sick of Elizabeth Perkins getting robbed for Weeds-where else do you find a woman on TV who berates her daughter with a serious
face? She's gold.

Fuck America Ferrera and her Ugly Betty bullshit. We get it-you're f'in ugly.Aeropostale, I totally <3 you.
Do the people who keep saying seen the show? Like that's all it's about.Seaguy, to answer your question: Yes. I have had the misfortune of tuning into the show a handful of times. I didn't find it to be all that entertaining or charming. And America's chops don't compare to Felicity's (or Marcia's) yet she wins every f*cking award she's nominated for!?!? And regardless of whether Felicity was nominated in the comedy or drama category, her performance was superior to the rest in every way possible. I wonder, had Felicity been placed in the drama category would her chances have improved? ??? Either way, she was robbed. America...*rolleyes* Being ugly does not justify a win. ![]() ![]()

And America's chops don't compare to Felicity's (or Marcia's) yet she wins every f*cking award she's nominated for!?!?And the year before Felicity won every award SHE was up for. It's really not a big deal, calm down.

That's where you're wrong (again). None of my ladies even garnered an Emmy nomination last year! Remember the DH backlash for season 2? The writing suffered tremendously that season, but not the acting. Marcia was completely/inexplicably overlooked last year. And, at least when Felicity wins awards, its for work, her chops. America wins them...why? Definitely not for her chops as an actress.
...And I'm still shocked that Marcia has yet to win an Emmy or any major award for her portrayal of Bree VanDeKamp/Hodge.
I don't hate you Seaguy, just your <3 for America. ![]() ![]()

Oh Surge, I know you could never hate me. You crack me up. I will disagree with you always about America's acting ability. She brings an amazing
vulnerability to what could have been a very one dimensional character.
And you're right, JLD won the Emmy last year....(now you may hate me) and I love her too. But Felicity has won all the major awards for her acting on DH at one time or other, well except the GG (but she won one for Transamerica). I still wish they'd put the DH bitches in the drama category where they belong. And hopefully never nominate Terri Hatcher. Ever. |

As much as I hate Teri, I'd much rather see her nominated than America. America just pisses me off! Your love for her and/or her acting defies all logic.

America Ferrera is fantastic. While Marcia Cross has been sadly under-rewarded for her work on DH, you can't possibly expect her to be nominated for a
season she wasn't part of for half of it. And while Huffman is always excellent it doesn't change the fact that Housewives has gone to shit in the past
2 seasons. (I will admit to an uptick in quality at the start of S3, but it all went downhill in the later half of the season and not just because of
Cross's absence.) She's lucky to have been nominated at all.

I wish they didn't cut off Sally Field, she was doing a terrific job of embarrassing herself. Hasn't she been in the public eye for overf 40 years?

^^^Wow, jealous bitches. I'm sure if she were supporting the president and the war you wouldn't be so harsh with your comments. So she lost her train
of thought. It happens all the time, especially under intense cicumstances. Shit, Bush forgets how to properly use and pronounce words all the time. At
least she sounded coherent which is more than you can say for one note Bush.
