If I were on the show, I would add a little sodium to the people I hate's food and probably tell them it was fat free all the while knowing that I added some half and half to their food.

Reply Quote More Recent Posts Message Connection Block Invite	Here's the current standings: 1st- Mark- 36.49% 2nd- Ali- 36.32% 3rd- Rodger- 34.98% 4th- Jay- 31.39% 5th- Kelly- 29.15% There is a half pound separating Mark & Ali. Spoiler [+] Based on the preview I THINK Jay or Mark is going to go. It wouldn't be surpsing since they don't have much weight left to lose and they could easily both be bellow it. If that Mark slip means the final 4 is Ali, Mark, Jay, and Rodger I think you mine as well give Ali the money. No way is America going to keep Rodger after how cocky he has been acting. Ali would have Mark & Jay to compete against and no way can they get down to 145 pounds and beat her. If Kelly makes it through next week, she is final 3 for sure as well.

I actually wondered about that too but if you think about it, it's really obvious to tell when there is salt on your food by the taste of it. Same goes for cooking stuff with some butter, etc. And it always seems like they're all in the kitchen together while people are cooking (maybe to be sure it's staying healthy?)

If those standings are accurate, I'd say Ali has a shot, since she could still shed a few pounds. I think Mark has reached the end of his rope. I guarantee Mark will be below the yellow line every week - which is why it was smart for the girls to vote off Dan.

While I agree, I am hoping she is like that annoying woman from FL last year who was a stay at home mom (for her kid who was in school!) and kept complaining that her family couldn't afford a 2nd car (I forget her name). She was LAME throughout the entire show, but came to the finale looking SMOKING HOT! Hopefully that's Kelly!!! And even if Ali makes it through to the finale, she just can't lose enough weight to win. Rodger may have a lower percentage than her now, but once they go home he still has a lot more to lose than her, so all he has to do is barely even try and he can win this thing no problem! What a shame, I started off really liking him, but damn if he is not obnoxious now!!! Also, SOOOOO glad Dan is gone! I literally was screaming at the TV last night when he was crying! Seeing him in real life sickened me to death. I knew instantly that as soon as the guys started eating and then did Bob's one fits all military style workout that they were going to lose a member. I mean common, did they honestly think that if they ran up and down the stairs it would help burn off all the hot dogs, pretzels and pizzas! And it was a good blow to their egos as well. I absolutely hate sore winners because they act as if they have it in the bag, while letting themselves go. As for the girls, I want both of them to be in the F4. If they can pull off big numbers next week, it'll be great. And you know Kelly can pull off a big number (another 6 or 7 pounds), because she's still big enough to do so. Ali, I'm not so sure, though. If Allison says to her that she needs to lose 4 pounds next week, I pray that she will lose 5 just to shove it down the blue team's ego driven throats. As for sabotaging the food as a few people mentioned - that was attempted in season 2 I think, and Jillian caught him in the act. He left immediately after that, and didn't bother to show his fat ass at the reunion.

Because Julie weighed about 117 pounds which Ali needs to get down to in order to win. Not to mention Ali isn't going to have to lose nearly as much weight as Julie had to in order to win But Ali is 5' 5" and Julie was 5' 2" (or maybe shorter!)...so Julie's healthy weight range was 15 pounds lighter than Ali's is. If Roger is in the finals than Ali will have to get down to an unhealthy weight in order to have a shot at winning. If she is facing Jay and Mark in the finals though she will def have a chance!
