I hate the fact that 24 hour fitness sponsors this show, and that the gym at the ranch is a complete 180 from the filthy, brokedown 24 hours fitnesses I go to
- where at any given time 20% of the machinery is inoperable. I always feel so motivated to work out when I'm watching but when I get to the gym and am
faced with the harsh reality of how crap their facilities are it's discouraging. But I suppose that's the best I can hope for on a $25/month
membership.

I actually like 24 hour fitness. Maybe the one you go to is crappy - the ones I've been two have always been in working order. |

As I said earlier, I checked the BMI scale for someone 117 pounds and 5' 5" and it's 19.5. Healthy BMI is 18.5 to 24, so Ali can do it. Her
current weight on the show, 149, is just barely at the very top of the healthy/normal range for 5'5".
racedude, of course you're right. Someone was comparing to earlier shows and what kind of percentage it might take for her to win, so it's just speculative. It just means that we're hoping it's possible that she has a chance, just to keep this snorefest interesting. |

I think she looks more thin that she actually is because she is so tinny compared to everyone else but if you look from the bottom down she actually has weight
to lose.
BMI scale is definately crap IMO. According to the chart, if you are 6'0 and weigh 145 pounds you are at a health BMI. IMO 145 at 6 feet is not healthy at all in the least bit. |

Oh, that's what I was kinda thinking....And it's still to early to say Roger is going to win. Look at Neil last season. Everyone thought he was
going to win, but even with 10 pounds that last week, he was still in last place (or at least below the yellow).
