I think the Saul/Six baby is a big deal and will be more so in the last half.

Some of you must be very disappointed when you get to the middle of a book. "What? The characters aren't in love yet? Fuck this, whoever wrote this
must have just pulled it out of their ass, it's never going to end!" Hurls book across room.
Remember when some were saying this about Lost at the beginning of the season? Remember the big turnaround? If by the end of the series, things are fucked, sure, be pissed (as I will always be for that crap Deadwood finale) but you didn't really think it would all wrap up by mid-season, did you? |

The Admiral going crazy over Tigh was a pathetic scripting choice and the acting was shit. Why can't the old man keep it together for once? It was one of those times I was embarrassed to watch the show. |

Wow I completely disagree about the acting for that part. I thought the old man was absolutely brilliant. when Saul told him and he started losing it i lost it
with him. i was feeling everything he was feeling. that was the best part of the episode imo. i was just disappointed that other people didnt have bigger
reactions to the final 4 reveal. starbuck was like "oh really? wow, crazy man." i mean come the fuck on. rather disappointing but saul's reveal
to adama was perfect.

I agree, Arrogant Dreamer...I thought Adama's reaction to Saul was perfect. And Saul, like I had always hoped he would, manned up about the cylon thing and
told the Old Man. His loyalty is unblemished, and I don't think it matters if he's a cylon or a martian or whatever...his heart is with the Galactica,
with Adama, with the fleet. Period. And Adama's reaction was of utter and complete heartbreak - not overacting. He was reacting to the ULTIMATE betrayal,
in his mind, from the man he's known for 30 years.
And hell, even LEE was good this episode! Wonder of all wonders! Kara looked wisened...not older, I don't think, but more wise. And Tory? Bitch, please. You don't get to talk to Roslin like that. |

Tory needs to die.
And while i love the show....Adama was a bit over the top with his reaction. Rest of the episode was kick ass though. |

Yeah Leoben, Tory and Tigh revealed their true colors in "Revelations". While Leoben was all about keeping the peace (and looking out for Roslin and
Baltar), Tory picked a side (and it turned out to be totally unnecessary in the end as nothing came of it other than Roslin seeing where Tory's loyalties
lie and Tory giving some bad advise about Lee to D'Anna).
Meanwhile Tigh proved he was willing to die to save the fleet. He could've rounded up Anders and Tyrol and gone with Tory to the basestar. Instead he confessed, essentially consenting to be airlocked. Hopefully Adama will come to appreciate that once he has the chance to get over Tigh being a Cylon. Tyrol and Anders were less voluntary than Tigh but I think they get points for not begging for their lives and for not leaving for the basestar with Tory. |

I've always had a theory that Earth had already fought the toasters and wonI was thinking the opposite. The Cylons conquered Earth. Some humans survived, fled, and founded the 12 colonies. What goes around comes around. |

I don't know if I really care to know who the fifth cylon is, but I was blown away by the mid-season finale. I can't believe they found earth. I also
can't believe that it's modern day earth either. Now a whole new series of questions has popped up. What caused the nuclear holocaust? Will they
remain on Earth? Will the other cylon fleets find them? Will the rebel cylons and the rest of humanity be able to live together peacefully? What exactly is
the importance of the final five? Obviously, they are of importance to the lesser cylons or they wouldn't have been programmed to not destroy them.
I don't know why some posters think the old man overacted. I thought it a pitch perfect performance. The utter betrayal ran deep. Tigh is like a brother to Adama. So his reaction was spot on. I'm very excited to see how the final five's reveal will affect the fleet. I also want to see what havoc Tory's introduction into the rebel cylon group will reek. I found it odd that she just took the adviser role again after her confrontation with Roslin. I thought for sure she'd initiate a power struggle of some sort. |

What if it is not New York, but actually Liberty City from GTA? Has no one done screen captures on this yet?

^^^I think most people are convinced that is NYC. That is most definitely the Brooklyn view of lower Manhattan. The Brooklyn Bridge is too recognizable a
landmark to just explain away as some made up fantasy earth. They could've just shown us a generic nuclear wasteland instead of specific, identifiable
cityscape and landmark.

But Tory can't just get away with flushing Sour Face out the airlock, right? When D'Anna said "they will never forgive us for what we did to
Caprica," I thought, well yeah, how could they? The humans have all had to pay for what they've done across the board, but the Cylons, not so much.

I'm rewatching the finale and an odd idea that occurred when watching it live barreled back into my head:
What if D'Anna's initial vision in the tomb way back when was disinformation? Framed in terms of what we know now, what if whatever sent the GPS coordinates to Earth to Starbuck's Viper also sent a fake vision to her? The reason I say this is because Tory had issues coming to grips with herself actually being a skinjob. D'Anna identified her solely on the vision, while Tory thinks she's one of the F5 solely because she heard the music with the others. There can be only one common source from these signals, and that would be whatever power is driving both cylon AND humans to Earth. Tory, Tigh, Anders, and Tyrol: not toasters after all? What fun! But then, what are they? |

Also when Tory was fighting with Chief's wife she was able to throw her across the tube. I don't think if they were in anyway human they would be able to do that, especially the raider bit. |
