Looks like Amanda Byram is back to host. Wow, I'm kind of surprised she agreed to do it again after such a long break. I'm glad though.
Has anyone seen Amanda Byam since Paradise Hotel 1? I doubt her phone was ringing off the hook.

I loved Amanda Byram's Irish dulcet tones. "And one of you will leave Paradise. Forever."
Until they brought them all back again... 
She's was the best host for this. Other than the Swan, she also co-hosted Grand Slam.

Here's a short ending of Season ONe starting from when they brought all the previous houseguests back into the hotel:
Beau & Melanie were voted back into the hotel, but were shortly sent packing again along with Desiree, Holly, Scott, Amy leaving the final two couples Charla/Dave & Keith/Tara. At the end, all the former guests had to come back and question the two couples. The last twist was that the couples had to switch partners making the final couples Charla/Keith & Tara/Dave. Charla/Keith got the most votes and won. |

^^^ Then Charla and Keith had to decide if they wanted to keep the prize money or split it in half with their partners. Charla could give half to Dave, and
Keith could give half to Tara. Good ol' wench Toni tried desperately to convince both of them to be selfish and to keep the prize money for themselves.
Keith decided to give half to Tara, while Charla KEPT ALL OF IT!
That bitch kept it ALL. I remember feeling horrible for Dave. Oh, and at the end
Keith declared he would treat the entire cast to a weekend in Vegas.

I remember back when this originally aired, I was one of the only Charla fans around. All my friends hated her, and I was alone in defending her, her win, and the decision to keep the prize money all to herself. |

Well, the main twist of the season was that every time someone was kicked off, a new random person was brought in.
The first twist they had was definitely funny as hell. Charla didn't get a roommate the first round, so when it came to elimination night, Amanda the host told her no one can leave without ever having a roommate, so that meant Charla was safe.

Here's a mini recap of the season:
One of the best parts was when all the assholes and whores came back after seeing the show, and they told all the people still in the hotel that America hated them, when it was the exact opposite
It'd be like Cappy and JBlo coming back into the BB6 house to tell Janelle that she was despised by America.

I love reminiscing about this. Even the first night was great, with Zach telling Amy she was too ugly for him and then having sex with her the same night, and
then Charla having a meltdown in her solo room and wrestling with her curtains.

I've never purchased a DVD of a reality show but Paradise Island is one I would consider, definitely. It was pure magic.
