From pictures I've seen, it would be really hard for Heather to making meth without Dell knowing somehow, the setup looks extensive, she can't just make meth in her kitchen like that can she? (And Dell couldn't smell it?)

I wondered about this too. The house blew up right after he left so its not like she started making it after he was gone, he clearly walked by her and she was cooking something in the kitchen. I think it would be sort of impossible to not notice someone cooking meth right alongside your daughter's lunch. That part didn't flow well but I thought Chris Lowell was amazing. The I hope you die bitch speech was so good. I knew as soon as he went to see her he was going to tell her to fuck off but I didn't expect it to be that cold and cruel.
