The show has always been aggravating at times. Still this desire to do what they THINK the audience wants is starting to majorly screw the integrity of the
show. I am starting to think Jon Robin Baitz was the one in the right, when the feud with others began.

The best thing I can say about the show is they have finally realized Kevin's love life needed a long break. He's great with Scotty and now we can see something more of him. |

Who would have thought a show that began as a political themed family drama would bring out partisan bickering?
The only problem I had with the premiere is the Sarah/Kitty manufactured drama. Where did that come from? And did it honestly go full circle in one episode? And why the fuck doesn't Kitty trust Sarah? Because she blabs things? Hello, remember which family you belong to. And I honestly don't believe Ryan is going to have Downs Syndrome. If that happens, how can Sarah struggle with her incestuous lust for her much younger "half brother," find out he's really not related to them, and start dating by the beginning of Season 4? And about the fighting...remember at the end of Season 1 with everyone jumping into the pool? They were happy there. But the show can't exist in happy. It's a soap opera with good writing and actors who are talented (for the most part.) Happy just won't work. So they have to have some drama to motivate things. And the Tommy/Kevin is a great storyline that I really love. After everything Kevin has done for Tommy. Really. Remember the sperm? Yes. Really. It was really low. That being said, I really hope we don't have a Sarah/Kitty fracture, because with another boy coming into the works, this show is gonna have a lot of male/male (and not the good kind) of interaction. We're gonna need the sister stuff to balance it out. Also, am I the only one who finds it slightly unrealistic that Rebecca is still like...a part of the family? Not to say blood is the only thing that makes up family, but half of these people JUST started liking her. Mostly because...of blood. Now that that's gone, what reason do they have to really like her? Justin? Psh. |

Only Kevin and Scotty are keeping me watching this show...without them, this show is hard to swallow, watching those bitches, the mother and the sisters,
