You mean the wackos of the week or the regular cast that's interesting? The crazy caravan of characters aren't quirky enough to hold my interest, or maybe it's just the bad direction of them in their subplots.
Molly's character is one dimensional. Nikki's escort/confidante role is random. I don't get the feeling that she has this long and deep childhood connection with Danny. They don't interact enough to give that sense. It's oh look, there she is by the slots. Chat 2 seconds.
James Caan is a bully. The brunette is forgettable. Why are we supposed to care about Danny? He's supposed to be this guy with heart, uh yeah.
Pit Boss intrigues. Everyone else seems to have no more layers. I will give them another go, but interest is waning. More drama please.
