I couldn't watch it - I tuned in for about 5 minutes and couldn't stomach it. She seems like an attention seeking whore who's 15 minutes were up
about 30 yrs ago.
Didn't she write a book previous to this? |

yeah, he talked about it...*mongo angry*. i never watch oprah but was channel surfing and saw the second half of the interview. i really don't have any
opinion on him except that he seems to be incredibly naive, rather dumb and totally out of touch with reality. is that because of how he was trained? i
don't know and i don't care. lots and lots of t.ears and choked up revelations. oh, and robin givens was a total liar and he has no idea why she said
what she said to baba wawa. whatever.
i have watched oprah twice in the last month and probaby only watched her 10 times since she became oprah. so maybe i am the trash that oprah is trying to reach. |

The doc on Tyson.. called "Tyson" is fantastic and shows what a horrible person Robin Givens and her mother was... not that she deserved to be beat.
She put herself in the situation though... Tyson (almost) has the mind and temperment of a child. He only knows how to react with violence.
Anyhow... even if you arent a fan of boxing or Tyson, the doc is a great watch. |

It's the classic story of a bunch of people attaching themselves to someone who is making a lot of money... there were 2 camps basically screwing with him:
Robin Givens & her mother and Don King.
The doc discusses how as soon as he married Givens, she and her mother immediately took over all of his financial business... then Don King stepped in and turned him against his original manager telling Tyson that his manager was stealing from him. Ironically, it would be King who would end up stealing millions. That being said, Tyson is in no way innocent either. He beat Givens, raped a girl, bit Hollyfields ear etc. etc. etc. He came from a pretty fucked up violent background and that ended up being both what made him famous and destroyed his career. Buuut... you should watch the doc yourself... even if boxing doesn't interest you, it's a great watch. |

Today's episode was kinda fucked up. I get that it's wrong for a man who knows he has HIV to have unprotected sex with multiple women, but at the same
time, the women were just as responsible for having unprotected sex with him. It's kind of their own fault if they got infected, no? It's not like he
raped them or anything. Getting HIV is part of the risks of having unprotected sex. The whole thing just seems stupid IMO. And when Oprah asked them if they
noticed any warning signs while they were dating the HIV guy, they just said he seemed suspicious because he didn't believe in God. WTF?! This might make a
horrible person for thinking this, but those women don't seem really smart.

I didn't see the whole show today, but if that guy knew he was infected while he was screwing all of those women, then he is guilty of attempted murder as

I liked the example one of the women gave about wearing a bullet proof vest. The guy knew he had it and knowingly transmitted it. I loved how his L/T g/f ended
up sealing the proof when she paid for his doctor visit. He's a vile POS.
