Turbo was the sexiest fuck of them all...
Did any others notice that ass the seasons progressed, Turbo became more and more crazy... i think the roid rage got to him.... that boy would probably be some bomb ass angry, aggressive sex....

OMG American Gladiators coming back <3 I hope they bring back some of the old Gladiators as commentators or some such thing, just as long as they
aren't horribly scary looking now.
Most of the events could really stay the same - I think the Eliminator could use a bit of tweaking so hopefully they focus on that. I was actually watching this on ESPNc a week or two ago and I was ticked off b/c they didn't have the men's eliminator cause one of the guys broke his pinky finger during the Joust! UGH. |

I hope most of the events stay the same but the lst season of the eliminator was RIDICULOUS and not in a good way... the ball pit was a little much. I hope it
stays like:

I'm one of the biggest AG fans around. I love watching the repeats on ESPN Classic. Such nostalgia. I have very mixed feelings about the show returning.
Updated shows, in the past, have tended to suck once brought back. I just hope it doesn't stray away from what made the show great, make it too flashy,
etc. I'll reserve excitement until it comes back.

I feel the same way...
I just HOPE they don't go overboard and have 100 cheerleaders, computerized special effects, overgrown/steroid ridden gladiators, "virtual" events, 85 events, etc. |

No, there will be new glads. Even young glads (of the originals) would probably be considered too old. I hope that they're brought back in some way. Dan
Clark (Nitro) co-hosted the 7th season of the show with Mike Adamle (would be awesome if they brought him back). Just to have some old gladiators around would
be nice (as referees or some capacity).

Ooh, I'll have to check out that site!
I'm hoping they do bring back one of the older gladiators to do commentary, partly for nostalgia, partly because they've been there, done that, and have some insight onto what's going on in everyone's heads. Or something :P |

I watched this on espn classic a few days ago and I can see why people stopped watching this some of the events they added the last 2 seasons sucked and Hawk
had to be the most annoying Gladiator ever you could at least root against Viper but Hawk wasn't even worth booing.

I watch this on ESPN Classic every night before going to bed. I have to get at least a few minutes of Gladiator fix.
Can't wait to see how they do a new version. I wonder whatever happened to the deaf Gladiator (Sky right?). |
