Saw it and loved it. Usually don't like Colbert's interviews because they are always more about him than the guests and he never really elicits anything interesting, but Matthews did well and seemed to have fun.

Anybody catch the Rick Santorum/ Chris Matthews exchange on Hardball the other night? Santorum called Chris out right on his show about being slanted to the left...Chris did not like that too much.

Mmmmm, that's probably not a good thing to say in the Chris Matthews thread.
I like Matthews, for the most part. Russert, on the other hand, I went back and forth with...sometimes I thought he was a fucker with his questioning, but I guess overall he was fair. |

Hardball season pass - truly a dramatic gesture on my part since it was always must see tv for me in the evenings.
