Scarborough not so much. Maybe he tries to be objective, but he clearly tilts to the right. But, whatever, he never claimed to be fair and balanced, like the other network Fox News cough bullshit cough does.

Visiting Democracy Plaza because of an interest in politics is considerably more worthwhile than doing anything because of an interest in reality TV, and that's coming from one of the people who runs this place. Bring on the pics! As for what I'll be watching Tuesday, my clicker will be working overtime. One reason I like watching Chris is that he isn't just another talking head. He's played the game, he's a student of the game and he's teacher of the game. If you haven't read the book that lead to the show, you oughtta. He's like a kid in a candy store on event nights, when his love for politics and general enthusiasm can barely be contained. However, I'm not ashamed to admit that I'll also be watching everything else on the air, definitely not excluding Fox.

So, when I finally tuned in the morning after I was pretty shocked. LOL!!! I don't think I will show that much restraint this year. I doubt I will watch any one channel over the other. If the regular networks are on, I'll probably stick with ABC or NBC most of the time with lots of channel surfing. Besides - isn't Gilmore Girls on? That's gotta be better than the election - at least IMO. LOL!!

Unless Tim Russert and his dry-erase board will be somewhere else, then I'll have to bounce back and forth. Love the Russert board! In addition to the prez, will be watching senate races in Colorado, Oklahoma (can you believe that guy who wants the death penalty for abortionists!) and S. Dakota. What a political season it has been. Okie: Wondered why I always enjoyed Matthews even tho' I didn't agree with him. You nailed it. His enthusiasm is infectious.

Love Russert, Matthews, Fineman, and Scarborough. Can't stand Andrea Mitchell, Ron Reagan, or Tom Brokaw or any of those idiots they send out with the microphones to interview people. Ron Silver is kinda interesting tho'. Maybe Zell Miller will stop by and finally get that duel he wanted so badly.

Scarborugh is OK with me, he actually deals it fairly straight considering he's a Republican. He's as about as even handed as it comes when you talk about Repugs. I'm not a big Andrea Mitchell fan, she usually just agrees with someone else on the panel. She never really has her own ideas. Howard Fineman is brilliant. Russert too. And Chris is money in the bank. Has Chris made his final prediction for tomorrw? Will he even make one? Whoever he thinks is going to win is who I'm going with. That guy is totally plugged in to the Beltway scene. Go Kerry!!!

Despite all the news, despite all the media reports, despite the facts from the Pentagon. He still believes the Iraq war was well thought out, a total success!!! He is like a little kid who can admit mistakes and won't take credit for any tough issues!! Great questioning by Brokaw, good stuff. Funny how Bush will do an interview like this with Brokaw for NBC one day before the election...Hmmmmm.....
