The final episodes are moving to Fridays, after Terminator finishes its current season in April.

I guess they're trying to bury Prison Break then.

One of the network executives took a cheap shot at PB, saying "the show is played out".
Which is probably true, but you'd think they could show more respect for a series that has performed consistently well for the network over the past four seasons. In this business it's "what have you done for me lately?" |

Here's the EW article, I will miss the show.
Prison Break is going to that great, big slammer in the sky: Fox has announced that its once-signature drama will end its four-season run later this year. Exec producer Matt Olmstead tells EW exclusively that there was ''nowhere to go beyond this season,'' adding that he ''didn't want the show to become a parody of itself.'' Ratings-wise, the decision was easy since viewership is down 17 percent from last year. Luckily, fans will get some closure. Break returns April 17 to air its remaining eight episodes. Lincoln and Michael (Wentworth Miller and Dominic Purcell) will finally catch a break -- at a huge cost -- in May's finale. Says Olmstead, ''There will be deaths.'' But since Fox extended Break's 22-episode order by two hours earlier this year, that ''finale'' may not even be the show's last gasp. Olmstead has filmed a couple of extra segments that he says ''address a couple of other storylines [and] can play as a standalone [movie].'' What's more, there are rumblings that Break might get a stay of execution under somewhat different circumstances. Explains exec producer Dana Parouse, ''I would love to do a show about a women's prison. It would have to be a fresh start -- if not by us, then somebody.'' Given that L Word creator Ilene Chaiken is planning, oh, the exact same thing for the proposed spinoff to her Showtime drama, perhaps Parouse should think about a different approach. |

Disappointed, but expected since last year.
I looked forward to this every week. This is one of the few non-reality shows I watch, especially in this genre. It'll be hard to find another one that piques my interest like PB did. April seems so far off, though. And why couldn't they just let it play out on its regular night? It's a Monday night staple and there are only four episodes left. |

I still think Prison Break in Space would be awesome. I just noticed that Wentworth Miller was in Underworld. I didn't recognize him with hair.

I still remember the first time I saw Wentworth Miller. It was back on the cancelled too early Popular. He played Adam, the guy who joins the cheerleading
squad. He was hilarious.
I just found that the entire episode is uploaded on youtube... |

I watched a Law & Order rerun earlier and Robert Knepper was in it. It hadn't even dawned on me that with Prison Break's cancellation, I won't
get to see my T-Bag anymore. I'm gonna miss him. Hopefully the writers will let him kill someone once more for old time's sake.

'Prison''s Sentence Up in May Fox has officially set a series finale date for 'Prison Break.' The show, which returns to the network on April 17, will get a two-hour send-off on May 15 at 8PM, and will feature "two major deaths and the return of four familiar faces," according to EW.com. And with that, the 'Break'-up is official. (April 10) |

Alright, tell me at least somebody is excited for the return of Prison Break on Friday...
The new promos have been pretty terrible (focusing on the mother threatening her kids), but I'd expect nothing less as this show winds down. |

I watched this show the first two seasons, then discarded it. Maybe I should return for the end?
