Remove this ad I did not see this in the search nor N.C.I.S. but I think this is one of the best shows on TV. It's against the biggest competition so I know it kills their ratings Has great actors and great chemistry tween them and it's just a good show Not sure how long it will last when it's always up against AI or other prime shows anyone else watched it ?

On NCIS, actors really act.... unlike on the other CSI shows where it wouldn't make much difference even if they replace all the characters with monkeys.

One of the bad guys comes through a door leading to the roof top and fires. Kate jumps in front of the bullet and takes one for the team. The bad guy is gunned down. Gibbs and Tony go over to Kate. She took the bullet in her bullet proof vest, so she's sore but OK. She gets up and Gibbs tells her she did a great job. She smiles all happy about to say something like, "I thought I'd die before I heard Gibbs say those words." However, she got only as far as "I thought I'd die" when she takes a bullet in the head from long range from Gibbs' enemy. Best ending of any show in a long time.
