Well, they find a woman in the room with her throat slit and determine that it was cut from in front rather than from behind.. (all the linnens stripped from the room)they find her man dead sitting in his vehicle with his throat slit from behind.. knife under the seat...
they follow a trail to a cheap motel (with a vibrating bed) and find a woman dead in there (same scenario) but can't find her man... turns out he has been stuffed into the motel ice chest.
Grissom get's the great idea to empty the quarters from the vibrating bed hoping to find a fingerprint. There is also a bloody fingerprint on the ice chest..
well, they feel that they know who the couple is (into swapping) and go to their house, but are unable to get a search warrent..
they. find the couple at a club by the pool and have a very suspicious talk with them. (the assumption is that this couple has the unsuspecting husband and wife in a hotel room and they make the husband put a knife to the wife's neck while they hold a gun to the husband's head.. asking "how much do you love your wife?" Aparently the husband has a choice to kill his wife by his own hand and save her from being raped and tortured beyond belief.. under the impression that he will live. He slits his wife's throat, and then is promptly murdered)
After processing some more evidence, they are able to obtain a search warrent (thinking this is the couple that has done the murders) and they go to thier house and the door is ajar.
They walk in and find a woman shot dead on the floor, and a man shot dead (cant remember where his body was)
and Sarah looks up and see's "somethign" then we get the:
