The scene with Bette and the senator was hot, DAMN. I would have done her
Maybe they'll have Bette realize this year that Tina really isn't the woman for her. Because I really don't think she is

I've had enough of Jenny finding herself. I don't need this moira person looking for herself too

I've seen the past two seasons and none of Season 3, except a part of the episode where Dana's rushed to the hospital.
Which means Moira/Max is still a mystery to me. |

Okay, I used to love this show.
The lesbian sex is going down the toilet. Girls are hooking up with guys. Dana is dead. What was the bullshit about the lawsuit? I hate the whole younger guy dating older woman bullshit. And I am actually cheering on the transgender to shake the shit out of Jenny. |

This was a HORRIBLE season
I hear Jennifer Beals was pregnant which caused them to go in a weird direction with the storyline. This was an extremely dark season. They originally were touting this show as "Sex in the City - different sex, different city". It is not anything at all like Sex in the City - which is a good thing I think, but its almost gone overboard with the drama Kill Max, and while you are at it, kill Jenny too Kill Tina Bring back Dana! She was awesome, I can think of so many other people to whack on this show Bring back Dylan so Helena can have more hot monkey sex with her |

What happened to Tina and Bette? Did they break up again?

Re: L-Word | ||

Tina decided she liked men again. The season started with her refusing sex with Bette (said she didn't feel sexy after the baby) and cybering with some dude. She ended up full-on screwing a guy in THEIR BED by the end of the season
I'm so over Tina, its time for Bette to find someone else - although this kidnapping thing certainly throws a wrench into things |

I hated this season. I hate that they whacked Dana, hate that Carmen is going to be leaving the show, hate that Bette was reduced to a non-entity (in part by Jennifer Beal's pregnancy), hate Max.
Even Jenny started to look half decent this season. And how can they justify completely changing everyone's character?? Alice is crazy, Helena is nice, Bette is a whiny, passive agressive nothing, Jenny is almost normal. They need some consistency in the writing. This season was painful. |

It's pretty bad when the highlight of the season was Alan Cumming's character sucking that annoying Max person's fauxcock.

Re: L-Word | ||

This season was, indeed brutal, and I agree that they changed almost everyones character
I don't even know where to begin with season 4. Hell, last season was dark enough with Bette's fathers death. This season is borderline suicidal. The ONLY thing I was happy about was they finally stopped with the "Jenny's dreams" crap |

HOT.
Marlee Matlin joining 'The L Word' Marlee Matlin will play Jessica Biel's new love interest in the HBO show 'The L Word.' NEW YORK (AP) Marlee Matlin is joining the cast of The L Word, Showtime's drama about a circle of gay friends and lovers who move in the trendiest of L.A. circles. The 40-year-old actress will play "a fiery artist who catches the attention of Jennifer Beals' character, Bette Porter," the cable network announced Friday. Matlin won an Oscar for her portrayal of a deaf student in 1986's Children of a Lesser God. Her TV credits include a recurring role on NBC's The West Wing. Showtime said the fourth season of the series will premiere early next year. The ensemble cast also includes Pam Grier, Laurel Holloman, Mia Kirshner, Katherine Moennig, Leisha Hailey, Rachel Shelley and Daniela Sea. |

Re: L-Word | ||

Why can they not give Bette someone who is really good looking. Marlee Maitlin is a decent enough actress, but just not enjoyable to watch. L Word needs to have some fun injected into it quickly. One of the best new shows has become quite a bore.

Personally, I think Marlee Matlin is pretty hot. Not in the same league as Sarah Shahi, of course, but Bette could do worse.
Kind of sad that the writer of that article thinks that Jessica Biel and Jennifer Beals are the same person. I hope they kill off Max next season. Daniela Sea was the worst piece of shit actress I've seen in a while. |
