OMIGAWD I just saw the Sarah diss on Paris
 I really do feel BAD that she got laughed at in front of the crowd of thousands in the arena..... I mean MILLIONS of people watching the show but come on though..... You go to any insult comic's show and they are a HELLUVA lot brutal than what Sarah was! Paris' reaction: "That is SOOOOO not hot..." |

I'm not some huge Paris fan, but I think she's actually pretty smart, she just lets her image get in the way. I'm pretty sure her public persona is that of the simplest mediawhore, but I do think she actually has a true sense of her image and the world she's created. The Simple Life and the like is just an act she uses to play to the rest of the world, be it for money and fame or whatever...but I don't truly think that's the "Real Paris."
That being said, Sarah was spot on and should be applauded. All Paris could really do was laugh. |

I was at a party last night and they were playing her CD, and it was pretty good. I wouldn't say I'm a big fan or anything, but I like her style/sound. Probably should enjoy her now before she ends up killing herself.

I thoroughly enjoyed tonite's show. Was I the only one who got a lil hot & bothered by the Will Feral (seriously, the man looked beyond homeless) and Sacha? Damn, who'dve thought Borat was hot? I laughed so loud when Sacha slapped Will.  Damn, I envy Will (for that moment, anyway). <3'd Sarah as host. Much better than the sh*t they had in previous years. Sarah >>>>>>>>>>>4ever. Jack Black Also <3'd the jokes at Paris' expense. <3'd when she gave a shout out to Jack Nicholson. That was just HIlarious! Oh yeah, and Rihanna's performance was hot, even if her ensemble was not. |

May I ask what the point is of an award show where only the winners are in attendance and said attendees are boisterously announced well before the event?

I always think I'm seeing an episode of the Simple Life when Paris gets into trouble. I can just see them filming Paris's jail life experience.
But really, Paris has gotten by with so much shit, she needed this reality check. I can't believe she just didn't do anything she was suppossed to do when she was on probation and expected to get by with it. I thought Amy Winehouse was cool ,in a dark,vampish,prince kind of way. |

Transformers. - The amateur spoofs - Rihanna, looking hot, sounding bad, no charisma - scan the audience, if anybody there from a nominated film, they're the winner (at least Johnny Depp was a relative surprise) - will be rerun 46 more times over the next week Things not yet mentioned: - Jack Nicholson on crack or whatever - Cameron Diaz - why is this woman famous? - fake Orbit gum audience |
