Is it on reruns somewhere? I always loved Alf too. I've got an Alf puppet I got from Burger King. It's like a stuffed animal. Wonder if it's worth anything?

ALF...what a legend. Alf had a tv show (I watched), stuffed animals (had one), a Marvel comic book series (collected--he was even involved in one of those stupid crossover thingies) and a Saturdy morning cartoon series (set on Melmac). Oh, he recently had a talk show on TV Land for a while (watched an episode--it was ok, but bland). Now, all he needs is a movie. Given that the dad on Alf was in some serious trouble a couple years back, I don't see it happening.

I distinctly recall a mid-90s Alf TV movie. Not that it was good or anything.
However, while I don't agree with his laugh track and stale jokes, I do agree with his cat eating policies. |

yeah, more american pop culture and less japanime...hell, if they had saved by the bell on there, then why can'rt ALF be on there? now, the tv movie had the little creature escaping from thr government's hands, but they said in the movie that the tanners were in an undiclosed location...meaning in terms that th efamily was not invited back for the movie...so in essence it was never a reunion movie....which there should be....i mean, it's been 20 years since the series premiered. |
